After the success of the Weekend meditation retreat at the Yarra Valley Living Centre, there has been a request to have a Day Music and Mindfulness Workshop at Dromkeen Homestead. The event fee is $200 which includes a day of creative and mindful activities, listening to harp music in a beautiful country setting, Lunch, afternoon tea and the afternoon harp concert.

Dear friends,
A Moment's Peace: Weekend Meditation retreat 2025 is being held at the Yarra Valley Living Centre from the 20th of June to the 22nd of June 2025.
Activities include:
*Deeply relaxing live harp music and mindfulness sessions in the meditation sanctuary
*Toning and voice work
*Creative activities to to wash away any stress or anxiety
*Music and movement
*Labyrinth and Bush walks
*An opportunity to be in nature with the birds and animals that reside at the retreat centre
*A chance to learn recovery-based tools with a holistic approaches in a safe and caring group environment
*Vegan meals and snacks will be provided over the whole weekend
*Concluding in a Sunday afternoon harp concert
No previous meditation or musical experience required.

You will be able to access relaxing harp music from all of your devices for the cost of a cup of coffee per month.

If you are unable to come to the harp meditations in the Melbourne gardens, you will also be able to access harp meditations updated each month.

Enjoy a moment's peace using the music of the harp as a tool to practice mindfulness,
while gaining insights into what music can do for you, your mental health and well-being.

There will be a series of activities to empower you through relaxation, creativity, journaling, self observation and mindful activities accompanied with peaceful harp music. Come and join Michael as we discuss methods to help us ride the waves of life, whatever the weather.

This workshop is open to people aged 18 years and over.

Dear Friends
Hope you are all well.
The next Harp Meditation session will be held at the Hazel Glen room, Brookwood House, 25 Hazel Glen drive Doreen. Vic.
on June 4th at 7pm.

We will start with a Mindfulness meditation with the harp and then continue with a relaxing meditative harp concert. The theme for the next session is inspiration from the natural world.

If you would like to experience the music laying on the floor, please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your head. There are plenty of chairs if you prefer is sit.
The cost for these sessions is $20 full and $15 concession.
