A quick reminder that our cancellation policy is 48business hours and all cancellations are via email to admin@moveplaygrow.com.au

Unfortunately today I have been abused and belittled when trying to follow up cancellations and unpaid invoices. Our policy is clear in our service agreement and is written in every single email reminder that is sent 3 days prior to appointments.

As a small business owner this is my most hated part of the job…. Chasing money, but our policy is clear and my staff have been paid for their time which means it is then me out of pocket and still paying for overheads such as rent, insurance, equipment etc.

We are always happy to do reports, programs or telehealth during cancellations so please ask so the session time can be used still even if you can’t make it.

My personal mobile number is not used for admin such as intake, invoices and cancellations this is all by email with Jacinta. I am not always available to answer calls as I work clinically full time. So email is the best option even if we don’t respond immediately.
