PodMed Podiatry are devastated by the tragic events that occurred at Westfield Bondi Junction on Saturday.

Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, loved ones and all who were impacted by this terrible event.

Our sincerest thanks also go to the Westfield Bondi Junction Team, First Responders and the wider community for their support on Saturday and the following days.

Our clinic will reopen Wednesday at 8am for all patients but the Westfield parking will remain closed.

“👣✨ Spotting a verruca pedis lesion early can save you a lot of trouble! Here are some tips & tricks to help you identify this pesky foot wart:
1️⃣ Look for small, rough, cauliflower-like bumps on the sole of your foot.
2️⃣ Check for tiny black dots (clotted blood vessels) within the lesion.
3️⃣ Pay attention to any pain or tenderness when applying lateral pressure to the area (squeezing)
4️⃣ Notice if the lesion has an irregular border and appears slightly raised.
5️⃣ Remember, early detection is key! 👀 ”
