Shout out of thanks and gratitude to Chet’s and Blaen (pictured with ) below.

As new residents of the Gigi and I are so happy to be able to meet local businesses who are service dog friendly.

The lovely Cheye who served us was super friendly and both she and Blaen dutifully “ignored” and did their best not to distract my super hard working, dedicated and lovely Gigi who has only had eyes
For me ALL day.

What a champion dog and champion staff R&J Batteries in Tolga. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We love our new location, back to that small community vibe, I think we’ve found our tribe. ❤️

"Private people will post all day and still have a life you know nothing about"

This is a reminder that not everything people share reflects their full reality. It teaches us to respect boundaries, avoid assumptions, and not judge others based solely on what they post. It’s also a reminder to value your privacy—share what you’re comfortable with, but keep certain aspects of your life just for yourself. Not everything needs to be public.

Private people don’t share everything about their lives, even if they post a lot. Don’t assume you know everything about someone, and it’s okay to keep some things private for yourself.

2025: the dream is coming to life!

The WWU Tribal Land is officially

underway 24/7. Living on our land is magical, especially under the full moon.

Arrived post Christmas to 5 acres of mowing, frogs croaking in the wetland and pretty face wallabies and grey kangaroos feeling frisky!

Stay Tuned folks! More native tree planting and veggie gardens going in soon.

Gates open to the public in September…..

Craic on Foundation….what a great local charity with global reach.

Kathleen Walsh is an absolute earth angel who has been supporting sexual violence and assault survivors navigate the justice system. She mentors young victims into survivors while housing them at her own purpoae built residential facility.

This humble warrior woman has been waging war on perpetrators while giving her all to thise in need.

The Craic on Foundation is her latest venture and this charity has incredible reach and support. Kath has recently achieved the goal of getting tax breaks for donors and will start taking donations shortly.

This is a charity I am happy to throw my 100 per cent support behind. It is close to my heart and my lived experience of sexual violence means I see how desperately needed Kath’s charity is for our local communities.

Let’s get behind Craic On Foundation!

Gigi and I look forward to being amongst the first to throw in and kick the tin.

Loving my Gigi and supporting local businesses this week as we prepare to leave Townsville for life on Wellness Warriors United Tribe land in the Tablelands.

This past week or so Gigi and I have wandered through Townsville in somewhat of a blur of tiredness, adrenaline and sadness. We are saying our goodbye to life in Townsville to move to our rural property in the Atherton Tablelands.

Before we leave we are visiting some new (to us at least) businesses and supporting some of our old friends and favourites.

is a little weary from following me around and looking out for me so definitely time I slowed down for her seek as well as my own.

We would both like to thank the following small or local businesses for being so supportive, kind and understanding of us and our complex needs and sometimes over excited behaviour (mine not Gigi’s).
