When life gets hectic, I put balls down before I drop them 😅
And socials is usually one of the first to go — because honestly, I just don’t have the time or mental bandwidth for it.

So while I’ve been a bit quiet on here because life’s been… a LOT 🤪🫨 — there’s also been some pretty incredible things happening behind the scenes.

I’m so excited to share that I’ve joined the faculty at .au for their world-renowned CPAT Program — Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies.

I completed the training myself in 2024, and I’m deeply passionate about this progressive and powerful field of medicine being led here in Australia by MMA (Mind Medicine Australia).

Calling all Naturopaths, Nutritionists, Herbalists, Homeopaths and other natural medicine practitioners — we need more qualified practitioners involved in the rollout of these therapies.

Living in Fight / Flight is not the only way nervous system dys-regulation shows up.. sometimes it’s disassociation, disconnection, isolation & freeze .. sometimes it’s physical illness or disease ..

Your nervous systems job is to constantly scan your environment asking one question:
am I safe… or do I need to protect myself?

And if stress has been hanging around for a while (which, let’s be honest, for a lot of us - it often has), your body can get a bit… stuck in its ‘response mode’;

Stuck in go-go-go / anxious / wired / hyper vigilance
or
stuck in flat / exhausted / can’t be bothered / freeze
Or
Stuck in physical pain / inflammation / disease state

Even if your mind intellectually understands you’re not in danger - your body can still react & doesn’t know if the perceived threat is real OR imagined OR remembered- IT REACTS THE SAME

These stress adaptation patterns were initially built to protect you - Not to ruin your life, but to keep you ‘safe’

The good news is, your system isn’t ‘broken’ - With the right support & retraining — breath, safe connection, movement, time in nature, slowing the f& down & resting more (!!) etc — your body can start to relearn what it feels like to actually be regulated… & SAFE ❤️‍🩹

And that changes everything.

BIOHACKING STACK

(Ok please forgive the s**ttness of my reel - they take me so long and I cbf trying to make it better 🫠🥴 I actually did the treatment over a week ago & finally got time to make even this s**t one 😂🤣🤪)

BUT the stack;
1/ HUGO PEMF
2/ HYPERVIBE
3/ HOCATT SAUNA
4/ HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy)

WAS NOT S**T !! It was so awesome and I highly recommend- this is the first time I’ve had the toxins sweat out in the HOCATT sauna (ozone + heat + frequency + O2)

If you’re into BIOHACKING (not my favourite term, I prefer progressive cellular healing tech - or something like that) but whatever - it’s awesome and if you want to know more about it talk to Kez … the only clinic on the Ninch with the combo of treatments …

Are you a Vegemite or PB toast for Brekky person?

Might I suggest this VERY SIMPLE AND QUICK upgrade to increase protein, good fats and nutrient density ?

👉🏽 EVOO or butter (or both)
👉🏽 crack in an egg and a throw a chopped tomato 🍅 on top (or any other veg - mushies, greens etc)
👉🏽 next a handful of fresh herbs 🌿 I used Thai basil, basil & parsley
👉🏽 meanwhile you have a piece of good quality toast in toaster - mine was a (local bakery) sourdough
👉🏽 butter on said toast and chuck the frypan concoction on top with 1/4 avocado 🥑 on the side
👉🏽 finish with good quality salty pepps and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice 🍋

Literally took 5 mins and imagine the difference in nutrition, metabolic effect, satiety, energy production etc etc - putting that in rather than a plain old PB / Vegemite number

As always - good quality produce is a must;
Eggs from 🐓 (or if I buy them)
Tomatoes 🍅 from

Ps when you eat like this you don’t need a massive serve - one egg is enough & you can always skip the toast if you’re low carb or avoiding grains

PPs Love this little one egg fry pan - it’s so perfect 👌🏽 (thanks - I still have both if you want one back!)

Eat good food … your body, mind and spirit will thank you 🤩🤌🏾💪🏽
