As a Naturopath… yes, I’m PRO GLP-1 support 👏
And honestly? I think the fear and stigma mostly comes from seeing people use them the wrong way.
Too high dose.
No nutritional support.
No muscle-preserving strategy.
No understanding of metabolism, hormones or long-term health.
That’s when we see:
* Muscle loss
* Nutrient depletion
* Hair loss
* Skin sagging
* Bone density concerns
* Metabolism slowing down even further
And women coming out the other side lighter on the scales… but way worse off and less healthy 😔
But when used properly?
At the RIGHT dose.
With the RIGHT support.
They can genuinely be life-changing ✨
