To my loyal clients

My current appointment system will no longer be available as from end of business 20th December 2024.

All appointments need to be made online following the link below

I will also have it on my Book Now button on my page.

Appointments already booked in before close of business on the 20th December, I’ll manually transfer them to the new system.

Please don’t hesitate to text or ring me if any problems.

Please be patient as this is a big task.

Once new system is working, my clients can claim private health rebates directly with me, when I get authorization to do so.

Due to last minute cancellations and no shows, which is causing loss of income for myself.

No Show/Cancellation Policy will be commencing from tomorrow.
New appointments from tomorrow will need a credit card to book appointment.
The Credit Card will only be held for that appointment only and will be deleted after the scheduled appointment
Or
It will be charged, for full amount of services booked if appointment not cancelled within 24 hours or no show.

If need to cancel within the 24 hours please contact me and we can discuss. We all have situations family/health otherwise that come up that we can't change.
