Relationships are some of our greatest teachers…
but not every lesson is meant to be learned through over-giving.

Sometimes compassion keeps us engaged long after it’s healthy.
Sometimes empathy becomes complicity.
And sometimes the clearest growth is recognising: not everyone wants what you want.

I think every year that passes l am surprised by how quickly the time has passed and equally grateful for the wonderful people in my life. I continue to have incredible clients, students and readers.

I have grown from offering massage and flower essence therapy while l completed my naturopathic studies to running practitioner training and personal development courses globally, having written four books including my latest - my first novel. I have my own healing modality - Empowered Tapping.

Life provides me with incredible opportunities and there’s still more to come! 🙏💝🎂

Not all attraction is healthy — even when it looks intense or flattering.
Some desire is relational.
And some desire is extractive.
Extractive desire is about taking, not meeting — and the body often recognises it long before the mind does. Pressure, urgency, obligation, or a sense of being “needed” rather than truly met aren’t signs of avoidance or fear. They’re information.

This is a great podcast to listen to Dr Aruna Tummala speaks about mental health, bone health and so much more.

She mentions two biggies:
1. There’s no science linking serotonin with depression.
2. Ignore the US food guidelines- but of course RFK Jr just turned them on their head so they now reflect what Dr Tummala recommends for good health.
