Mind over matter
Our thoughts and beliefs can be very limiting at times. Often we think or beleif we are not able to or are not capable of doing or achieving certain things. We are often a whole lot more capable than we think we are but we limit ourselves by what we tell ourselves. Sometimes we don't try something because we think it will be too hard or that we won't be able to. We won't know unless we try. We succeed in building on our strength, fitness, agility, coordination, balance and mobility by choosing to try something a little more challenging over time. Choosing to try and not limit yourself with self doubt and fear. Small steps are required to move forward but if you keep doing the same thing, you will keep getting the same results. Don't talk yourself out of it.
