🎉 Big milestone for Pulsatile Innovations!

We’re proud to share that Elleesha King was named a winner at the MedTech Ignite Innovation Pitch Challenge in Melbourne yesterday.

Pitching Pulse Tile™ live to a panel of industry leaders, Elleesha showcased the potential of faster, more objective pulse detection in cardiac arrest response - and the impact it can have when every second counts.

As part of the win, Pulsatile Innovations has been awarded:
• $30,000 in engineering support from Hydrix
• One-on-one mentoring from each of the expert judges

This recognition is a strong step forward as we continue progressing toward clinical trials and real-world implementation.

A huge thank you to the organisers, judges, and broader MedTech community for the support.

Throwback to Emergence 2026 – Sydney

Last month, Elleesha took the stage at Emergence 2026: Convergence & Abundance, presenting Pulse Tile™ to a room full of active investors and industry leaders.

It was an incredible opportunity to share the clinical need behind Pulse Tile™, the progress we’ve made, and the broader vision for improving cardiac arrest response.

Grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the growing momentum around Australian-led MedTech innovation.

That’s a wrap.

Our Pulse Tile™ investment campaign has officially closed.

Together, we raised $400,766 and welcomed 258 investors who believe in the mission behind Pulse Tile™.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported the journey - whether you invested, shared the campaign, or followed along.

Pulse Tile™ is being developed to help rescuers act with greater confidence during suspected cardiac arrest by detecting the presence of a pulse and providing real-time CPR feedback.

This is just the beginning, and we’re excited for the next phase as we continue developing the technology and working toward bringing it to market.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

⚡ Final chance to invest in Pulse Tile™

Our Birchal investment campaign closes tomorrow at 10PM AEST.

Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we’ve already raised over $300,000 and reached our minimum funding target.

Pulse Tile™ is being developed to help rescuers act with greater confidence during suspected cardiac arrest by:

âś” Detecting the presence of a pulse
âś” Providing real-time CPR feedback
âś” Supporting faster decision-making when seconds matter

If you’ve been considering joining us, this is your final opportunity before the campaign closes.

Why do people hesitate before starting CPR?

It’s not always about willingness to help - often it’s uncertainty in the moment.

During a suspected cardiac arrest, rescuers may face challenges such as:

• Agonal breathing that can look like normal breathing
• Difficult positioning or access to the patient
• Noisy or chaotic environments
• Uncertainty about responsiveness
• The mental pressure of an emergency situation

These factors can create doubt when every second matters.

Pulse Tile™ is being developed to help reduce that uncertainty by detecting the presence of a pulse and providing real-time feedback during CPR, helping rescuers deliver effective compressions.

Our investment campaign is currently live and in its final days.

Elleesha recently joined Across Australia with Chris Smith as their “Hero of the Week” to share the story behind Pulse Tile™.

From frontline paramedic experience to developing a pulse-sensing medical device, the conversation explores the real-world challenge of detecting a pulse in high-pressure emergency situations - and why reducing uncertainty when seconds matter is so important.

We’re grateful to see growing national conversation around innovation in cardiac arrest response.

Why is Pulse Tile™ applied to the neck?

It’s a question we’re often asked.

The neck is home to the carotid artery - one of the most central arteries to the heart. It’s also typically the last pulse to disappear as the body deteriorates.

In emergency medicine, the carotid pulse is the most clinically relevant pulse point during suspected cardiac arrest.

That’s why Pulse Tile™ is designed to be applied to the neck.

Placement matters. Accuracy matters. Seconds matter.

Local story, global ambition.

Pulse Tile™ has been featured in the Warragul Drouin Gazette, sharing the journey behind technology being developed to support faster decision-making during suspected cardiac arrest.

The device is designed to provide objective pulse detection and real-time CPR feedback, guiding rescuers on the correct compression rate and depth to help deliver effective chest compressions when every second counts.

It’s incredibly special to see the story featured in the local community where founder Elleesha King’s journey began.

With just 7 days left in the Pulse Tile™ investment round, there’s still time to get involved and be part of the journey. Learn more or invest: www.birchal.com/company/pulsetile

Pulse Tile™ is being developed to help reduce uncertainty during suspected cardiac arrest by detecting the presence of a pulse.

But what you might not know is the device is also designed to provide real-time feedback on CPR, indicating the correct compression rate and depth to help rescuers deliver effective chest compressions.

High-quality CPR is critical in cardiac arrest response, and this feedback could help empower rescuers to act with greater confidence.

Our investment round is currently live with only 8 days left to invest. Help us bring Pulse Tile to life.
