We’ve all got different stress and load that’s applied to our joints, muscles etc.
We’ve all got different capacity’s that we can handle and it varies depending on what we do day to day.
But we really can take the guess work out of whether or not our bodies can handle something by preparing and recovering just as we would for sport.
