Also - it's a really fun day and you get to catch up with all your yogi pals.
Also - this is a completely FREE event!
Also - this event is suitable to every one, no matter your yoga level - it could be your first time - what a great way to see which style is right for you.

We will offer a variety of yoga styles for you to try and then share in Annadhanam prepared by Midwest Indian Cultural Society - MICS
