✨POP-UP Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Session ✨

A gentle invitation to pause, rest and reset🌸

This deeply nourishing session is especially supportive for those experiencing:

• Stress, overwhelm or burnout
• Poor sleep or insomnia
• Anxiety or a busy mind
• Fatigue or low energy
• Chronic pain or inflammation
• Hormonal changes (peri/menopause)
• Nervous system dysregulation
• Feeling emotionally or physically depleted

Expect supported restorative poses, long gentle holds, guided breath, and a Yoga Nidra practice to bring you into deep rest — the kind that helps your body repair, your mind soften and your nervous system feel safe again.

If you’ve been feeling like you need to stop… before your body makes you stop, this session is for you 🤍

Held at the Home Studio, spaces will be limited to 6, so message me for the location & to reserve your spot!

A little heads up… May is looking a bit messy for our yoga schedule, as I take a quick break in Bali then some work trips🌿

Life has a way of shifting our usual rhythms, and while it can feel disruptive, it can also be an invitation to pause, soften, and move differently.

When routine changes, it can be an opportunity to:
• practice flexibility (on and off the mat)
• let go of perfection and expectations
• listen more deeply to what your body actually needs
• remember that “something is better than nothing”

Classes will be a little less predictable this month, but the intention remains the same — creating space to breathe, rest and reconnect whenever we can ✨

Welcome back, Yogis ✨

Our 2026 Yoga sessions resumed today with Monday’s 9am Adaptable Yoga @ Railway Health Hub 🧘‍♀️

As you can see I’m still in the 2025 clean up mode as I was blissfully away—immersed in nature, finding joy, being playful, and learning new tricks—I have realised how much I missed one of my grounding rituals: a deep clean of the home studio.

So today, as I post this (thank you, Eufy 🤖✨), I’m setting the intention to cleanse away what last year showed me I no longer need, make space for new beginning’s & perspectives, and reshuffle things around—because growth so often happens in those moments of change, clearing and renewal 😘

All will be ready to welcome back into the space…
✨Thursdays 4:30pm Restorative Yin Yoga @ home studio, with a fully booked session!

☕ Friday’s 9am Chair Yoga @ Railway Health Hub is back too, along with our new years dilemma… where to coffee afterwards? 🤔 Any suggestions warmly welcomed 🤗
