A gentle invitation to pause, rest and reset🌸
This deeply nourishing session is especially supportive for those experiencing:
• Stress, overwhelm or burnout
• Poor sleep or insomnia
• Anxiety or a busy mind
• Fatigue or low energy
• Chronic pain or inflammation
• Hormonal changes (peri/menopause)
• Nervous system dysregulation
• Feeling emotionally or physically depleted
Expect supported restorative poses, long gentle holds, guided breath, and a Yoga Nidra practice to bring you into deep rest — the kind that helps your body repair, your mind soften and your nervous system feel safe again.
