Wow 💫 We had such a powerful healing interval here yesterday. One of my clients (now friend) shares the same birthday as Franklyn. He offered to buy him a cranio sacral session as a present. Of course I said yes and I arranged one for Lady as well.

The horses were so willing to receive this care, there was so much emotion for all of us present. So much residual trauma was unlocked from both of their bodies. Most of it really old stuff from Lady’s racing history and Franklyn’s police horse training.

I asked to create a workshop together for those of us who are curious how we can naturally help our dogs and horses, release stuck emotions and trauma.

We set a date Saturday 14th March 9.30am-1.30pm
$150. It will fill fast! Limited numbers. Waitlist your interest by sending your email by dm and I’ll be in touch when a booking link is created.

I have been wanting to share these holistic modalities for ages, so I can’t wait to learn more for myself and you may be are called to join.

The herd and Kasey & Leela will be the recipients of our healing touch.

I have practitioners offer cranio sacral sessions sometimes on the 3&5 day retreats but I promise you would not have your tongue pulled out like Lady did 👅 This was helping to release so many layers of trauma in her head 💫

The more I learn about the somatic release of our animal friends the more it informs me how us humans can find freedom from that which has been stuck in our bodies.

Would you like to gift a healing session to a horse? So many people are deeply touched by what the herd offers them. If you were drawn to gift them or a particular herd member a healing session - we would all be so grateful. My commitment to natural health for the herd and pooches is such a passion for me as they give to us all so unconditionally. Financially attending to so many beings is quite an ongoing investment.

There have been so many beautiful moments captured already this summer. Working alongside these master healers and teachers is a such a divine assignment.
They blow me away every single week with the extraordinary nuance they gift people what they need.
Very often the people or myself do not know what is needed, but these intuitive beings do. They gift a frequency so powerful to bring us back into coherence. To bring us home to ourselves.

They say ‘we are like activation stations that connect people back to their own hearts’

I’m so excited to share more of their wisdom in my book coming out hopefully this first half of 2026. It’s not negotiable - it has to be published in the year of the horse!

Ive started calling the healing energy that they emit is the frequency of love. It has been received by so many. People struggle to put into words what happens here but they know they feel lighter, more connected to themselves and something has shifted for the better.

If you are in Victoria, you are so lucky as it’s on your doorstep. People are travelling from far and wide to experience the profound healing power of horses with us.

This one day retreat to commence 2026 is designed for you to quiet the outer noise and create space for you to contemplate where you are now, what you aspire to and some great thought provoking activities to help you tune in deeply to yourself.

Of course, horses will be our teachers and companions throughout the day.

I will be weaving many different healing modalities into our time together, along with some new processes from my soul purpose life coaching tool box.

These will be all brought together to help you gain clarity of what is working in your life, perhaps where some minor adjustments are needed. Maybe even a transitional change is upon you and you are looking for different approaches to help you find your centre. I know when I am personally going through big changes my whole perspective needs a tune up, so I don’t grip onto a version of self that is resisting change. I am often drawn to new resources to support such times. As we are eternally evolving, integrating and growing in wisdom here in earth school.

We will start and end the day sitting in sacred circle in the beautiful bell tent or maybe out on the land depending on the weather. The morning will be spent with the horses soaking in ancient horse wisdom and the healing medicine that being in their presence offers us.

We will do some gentle Kundalini Yoga to move our bodies, helping us to move any stagnicity and make space to really embody the fullness of who we are. You will have plenty of space and time to just “be” with the horses. Perhaps taking time to journal, what has been evoked through our time together. Along with some guided activities that can illuminate parts of yourself that you may not have been aware of.

We will conclude with a healing visualisation helping you to really ‘Know Thyself’ that you can record and use at home as you need.

Details 9.30am-4.30pm including delicious morning tea and afternoon tea with plenty of chai. BYO lunch and we will sit under the trees together.
All yoga provisions will be provided.

Wow, what an incredible 5 days with the most extraordinary group of humans.

A couple of people returned as friends from a previous retreat. The rest of the group arrived solo. We set a sacred container out with the horses on day one and completed our time with them as well.

What happened in the middle was profound. There was deep healing moments, experiences with gifted healing practitioners, connections made, finding safety in vulnerability, we navigated intense weather, serene precious moments, laughter and dancing to welcome in the New Year. All alongside the amazing herd .

The ripples of this time together will be felt long after we parted ways.

Is the horse calling you? Trust that, find a way to honour it. You know where we are if you are drawn, but also find places near where you live regardless of where you are located in the world.

There have been so many small groups of 2 to 4 people coming of late. Friends, colleagues, family members and there has been a run on mum's and daughters, sharing profound healing in the paddock together. It is very beautiful to witness.

Did you know in shamanic healing that any healing you do for yourself heals 7 generations back and 7 generations forward. For those who think it is selfish to spend time, money and resource's on healing, it could be looked upon as selfish not to.

You are the current ancestor, are you the one that has come into the lineage to say - this stops with me? There are many of those on the planet right now with that exact mission.

The horses told me they see the whole picture, as they are attuned to their multidimensional selves, that is why they know the exact medicine that is needed.
I asked them recently, how do they know to share so spot on and succinctly, that was their answer.

Just last week Octavia hid herself behind a tree, so it looked like I only had 3 horses not 4. For this particular client the most incredible medicine came to her - that is what she had been doing her whole life and was why she was here with us on her healing journey. Octavia came out from behind the tree, once she got her medicine and then was exquisitely of service while the lady received, received, felt uncomfortable receiving so much, had to take a break to receive and receive and receive some more.

So unbelievably cool, can't wait to share my upcoming book 'What the Horses Told Me' with you which explains their healing abilities in much more depth.
