Dr Foot Solutions is a podiatry and footgear clinic, our principal podiatrist, Bronwyn Cooper, has over 40 years of experience in the industry in Sydney and is dedicated to bringing you the latest in footgear that is therapeutically and physiologically good for you. Bronwyn is a unique Podiatrist – she instructs all clients and patients on how to walk the natural way (the barefoot technique), to switch on neglected postural muscles and reduce excessive weight-bearing forces. She also "de-orthoticises" weak feet, resulting in better clinical outcomes via muscle-activation footgear, and thus earlier return to sport. As the exclusive distributor for Barefoot Science Foot Strengthening System in Australasia, she will be able to help even more sport participants achieve fitness goals through pain free walking and running. This foot strengthening system is now available through therapists and good shoe stores.

If you want a short explanation of the science on how medical laser affects injured tissue and pain, this is a good one. It’s all about bringing about a reaction within tissue cells to self repair. A course of 4 treatments is recommended for cellular repair , however with MLS laser, patients often get major changes starting after the first treatment.
