We’re so excited to welcome James to the Drysdale Remedial Therapies team!
James starts Monday, 20th October, and he’s ready to help our community move better, reduce pain, and feel stronger from the ground up. 💪💆‍♂️
James is passionate about helping clients improve movement starting with the foundation — your feet, lower back, and hips. Small changes here can make a huge difference for your whole body, whether you’re an active athlete, tradie, or just want to feel better day-to-day.
Here’s what makes James a great choice:
✅ Specialist in lower back, hip, and foot movement – perfect for recurring pain or injuries
✅ Diploma of Remedial Massage + extra training in sciatic pain, assessment, and preventive exercises
✅ Experienced sports trainer, including strapping, sideline massage, and injury management
✅ Skilled in Kinesio taping and sports therapy techniques for lasting results
