Deep grief is a significant part of our journey that touches every part of our being, mind, body, and soul. From my perspective, grief is not just an emotion to be processed intellectually; it is a lived experience that moves through the body and soul. It can feel overwhelming, raw, and isolating, yet it also holds the potential for deep healing.
In grief, the body often carries what the mind cannot fully express. Tension, heaviness, or numbness may arise as the soul wrestles with such loss and change. Honouring these sensations with gentle awareness allows us to stay present for our grief to process naturally.
Grief asks us to slow down and to listen deeply to ourselves. It invites us to hold tenderness for ourselves. Know that, our paths are uniquely our own, and we all process experiences differently as we move towards a deeper compassion for ourselves and for others.
The loss of someone we love never truly leaves us, their absence becomes a quiet companion, and we learn to walk forward, honouring their light within our grief and loss.
So much love & Light 💖
