We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist for our busy health clinic, located in Drysdale on the Bellarine Peninsula. Drysdale Physiotherapy Clinic/Health Group provides a range of professional health services, including physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, myotherapy and remedial massage, acupuncture and audiometry.

The role comprises both reception and administrative functions.

The position is remunerated under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010 (Commonwealth Modern Awards), Level 3.

The position requires the ability to work the following set hours, as well as the flexibility to work additional hours, as required, when one or other of the team is absent on annual or sick/personal leave.

Tuesdays from 10:30am to 6:30pm

Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 6:30pm

Fridays from 12:30pm to 6:30pm

-

The successful candidate must demonstrate experience and skills/capacities in the following areas:

General reception duties in a medical or allied health clinic.

Ability to work and communicate effectively and harmoniously in a team role.

Professional, effective and empathetic communication with clientele, and other medical and health clinics.

Ability to work in a self-directed capacity in a dynamic work environment.

Strong work ethic, effective time management skills and the capacity to multitask in an often time constrained work environment.

Professional digital literacy across email, Microsoft Word, facsimile and telephone systems.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded;

Experience in PPMP (Physiotherapy Practice Management Program)

Experience in Cliniko

Experience in updating websites
