An NDIS Key Worker is a dedicated support for children under 9 who helps them reach their goals and make the most of their NDIS plan. They’re fully involved in your child’s support team, coordinating with allied health providers and supporting the delivery of therapy programs and strategies at home, in the community, or in everyday routines.

This means that even if your child is on an OT waitlist, a Key Worker can help maintain progress and build skills in the meantime. Families can engage a Key Worker on its own, or alongside other supports, giving children the guidance and practice they need to keep achieving every day.

At Spear & Arrow Therapeutic, our experienced Behaviour Practitioners work with people of all ages, from children to adults, to address behaviours of concern and support independence.

If your NDIS plan includes Improved Relationships or Improved Daily Living funding, our team can support you to achieve your goals. We can also guide you if you’re looking to access funding.
