‼️ Feedback and Teamwork are so important when providing support to people

participant feedback forms are completed monthly and our management team are always invested in listening to feedback from family/carers and stakeholders

✅ positive feedback keeps us inspired and helps us feel appreciated

❎ negative feedback gives us motivation and guidance to improve and do better

the first month of service can be tricky in matching staff and supports but when communication is safe and accepted the magic happens!

i am so proud of my team in being able to communicate well and not let their egos get the better of them in taking onboard feedback to provide outstanding service that makes a difference

our Support Co-Ordination team are dynamic at engaging and maintaining strong working relationships between providers to advocate for participants

our resident chefs and cooks are often whipping up a storm learning, perfecting and continuing their skill building

after responding to a post on facebook Jayden called into our office and said he would like to work for Mob doing something that matters!

Jayden has smashed his trial out of the ballpark showing the qualities we need in great support workers and now is a valued member of our team

BRETTS GRADUATION 🎓

how proud we all are of Brett!

he has smashed out a wonderful year of personal growth, change and today he looked at himself and said HE felt proud

Brett has everything in this world to be proud of - we love who you are and are so so proud of who you are becoming

thank you so much to the Clontarf boys and the Support Unit at Dubbo Campus Senior College for taking such wonderful care of Brett to finish his schooling, Platypus Shoes, B Barber in Centro for getting him all fresh and my team of support workers at Indidg Connect for always putting Brett first and making his week amazing

thank you also to Chayse and Les for coming and sharing the moment with Brett - Community ❤️

Soph n Nina are both so very special to all of us at Indidg Connect!

🎼 two dozen roses, pamper days, euchre and uno, art n craft, bush, the river and just being mob brings so much joy to our girls and you can just feel the love in these photos

brett n les love hanging out together and mucking around - whether it's fishing, playing basketball or tormenting each other!

today the boys took a little trip to the Japanese gardens to enjoy the lovely weather

🏀 Friday afternoons Brett would love people to join him at the court's near the pool to shoot some baskets (he's pretty good so you wanna be on point) - if you can make it pop us a messge!

it provides comfort, confidence and the freedom to be more active in the community

our team are fantastic at yarning with our participants and opening doors to getting what they need whether it be something little or something big!

Sophie works with our complex participants and builds our participant base with ease and dhes a wealth of knowledge for new staff to learn from
