Lower back pain? Need something to help.
Now this is in no way a one size fits all, but this very common stretch often provides relief for those with mild lower back pain. BE CAREFUL and take it slow. Stop immediately if you feel any pain.
Lie on your back with your legs straight.
Bring your affected leg up and in towards your chest.
Place your opposite hand over the outside of your ankle, and your other hand on the outside of your knee.
Gently pull your knee in towards your opposite shoulder until your feel a stretch in your glute muscle.
Hold this position.
Try it and see how you go.
