Keep Moving — Your Muscles Will Thank You! 💪🚶‍♂️

One of the simplest (and most powerful!) things you can do for your body is just keep moving. Our muscles are designed to work, stretch, and support us — and they stay healthiest when we use them regularly.

Here’s why movement matters:

🌱 Better muscle strength and tone – even light movement helps activate muscles and keep them functioning well.
🩸 Improved circulation – moving your body brings fresh blood and nutrients to your muscles, helping them recover and feel their best.
🧘‍♀️ Less stiffness and tension – sitting for long periods causes muscles to tighten. Gentle movement keeps them loose and comfortable.

A quick reminder about missed appointments ❤️

We understand that things come up and plans can change — it happens to all of us. But if you’re unable to make your appointment, please let us know.

When a patient doesn’t show up and we haven’t been notified, it leaves a gap that could have been offered to someone else who really needed care. It’s also quite disruptive for our chiropractors, who have set aside that time specifically for you.

A simple call, text or online cancellation makes a huge difference and helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Thank you for being considerate of our team and the other patients who are often trying to find appointment times. We truly appreciate your help.

But Mondays are a great opportunity to hit reset.
Getting your body moving again — even a short walk, some stretches, or a quick gym session — helps fire up your metabolism, boost your mood, and shake off that sluggish “weekend mode.”

Remember, consistency beats perfection. You don’t have to undo every slice of pizza — just get back into motion and your body will thank you by Wednesday.

😦Be careful driving at night!😦

The inevitable happened. Dan hit kangaroos! Car a write off, so back onto the bicycle for him!🤣 Luckily Jacqui and Jack were already home.

Sadly some didn't make it. We love animals, so that was the upsetting part.
