🌙 Closing the Year with Gratitude 🌿

As the cycle of 2025 gently completes, I pause to honour each soul who has stepped into my space this year — thank you for your trust, your openness, and your willingness to heal, soften, and remember who you truly are.

It has been a deep honour to hold space for your journeys, your releases, and your return to balance. Each session, each connection, has been a thread in the sacred weaving of this year.

The space between Christmas and New Year isn’t meant for rushing or reinvention.

It’s a pause.

A liminal space where the nervous system finally exhales, 🌿
where the body integrates all it has held,
and the soul gently releases what it no longer wants to carry forward.

This is when healing happens quietly beneath the surface.

Less doing.
More being.
More listening.

You don’t need answers yet.

My heart is so full 🤍

I’ll be finishing up tomorrow, Tuesday 23rd December, and for the first time in years I get to enjoy Christmas Eve off with my hubby — my heart is full 😍

We’re heading away with some of the fam bam for a little holiday reset, and I cannot wait to sink my feet into the earth and get into the ocean 🌊

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓
The December 20, 2025, New Moon is more than just a date, spiritually, it is considered the Cosmic Vision Board for 2026! Because it occurs in Sagittarius (the sign of the Archer) at the very end of the year, it carries a unique energy of "ending to begin."

This New Moon is All About…

𝟏. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡
Sagittarius energy is about the search for meaning. Spiritually, this moon asks you to peel back the layers of who you think you should be and find who you actually are.

• The Lesson:
Stop apologizing for your desires.

• The Question:
“If I weren't afraid of judgment, what would I actually be doing with my life right now?"

𝟐. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 "𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔":
As the last New Moon of the year, it acts as a spiritual bridge. It is an invitation to shed the skin of 2025- and thank goodness for that, I’ve heard many of had a rough year, including myself. It’s time to shed that baby!

• The Release:
Identify a story you’ve been telling yourself this year (e.g., "I'm not ready," "I don't have enough money," "I'm not good at X") and symbolically "burn" it to clear space for your new path. You can also write down on paper what you want to release, go outside and burn it. 

• The Seed:
Intentions planted now are said to carry double the weight because they set the energetic tone for the entire upcoming calendar year! Heck yes!!

𝟑. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐬. 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠
• Spiritual Meaning:
You are encouraged to dream "impossibly big" but you must also be willing to do the disciplined work to make it real. It is the balance of Faith + Effort.

• The Message:
Trust the universe, but tie your horse. Use your intuition to guide you, but use your logic to build the roadmap.

🕯️ 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡
Since Sagittarius is a Fire Sign, rituals involving heat, light, and movement are most effective:

• The Archer's Release:
Write down 3 limiting beliefs on a piece of paper. Safely burn the paper in a fire-proof bowl, visualizing the energy of those beliefs transforming into smoke and leaving your life.

• Vision Mapping:
Because Sagittarius rules "The Visionary," don't just write a list—create a visual map. Print out a map of a place you want to go or a picture of the "future version" of yourself.

• The "Letter to Future Me":
Write a letter to yourself dated December 19, 2026. Write it in the present tense like affirmations, describing all the amazing things that "have happened" since this New Moon.

These past weeks, there’s been a noticeable deepening in how much the body is asking to be felt, heard, and released — often showing up as pain, tension, and deep discomfort.

So much of this work is about coming back into the body…
listening again, feeling again, reconnecting with the wisdom that lives within.

Leaning into the sensation.
Leaning into the discomfort.
Breathing through it…

As the body softens and the nervous system feels safe, it begins to let go.

Trusting.
Surrendering.

The body knows.
The soul knows.

Through gentle holding, intuitive massage, and energy work, we reconnect with the body and allow the subconscious to release what it’s finally ready to release — what no longer needs to be carried.

Clients often leave feeling lighter…
less pain,
clearer minds,
less brain fog,
and a deeper sense of connection within themselves.

A Gentle Reminder 🤍

You don’t have to push.
You don’t have to hold it all together.
You don’t have to be who you once were.

Your body is constantly speaking —
through tension, fatigue, emotions, and longing.
Not to punish you…
but to guide you home.

When we slow down, soften, and allow ourselves to be held,
something ancient begins to unwind.
The nervous system exhales.
The heart opens.
The soul remembers.

This is your permission to rest.
To receive.
To release what no longer belongs to you.

Healing doesn’t always arrive with effort.
