Okay, I've been avoiding this topic for as long as possible but with Christmas a month away, I guess I have to start sharing plans.

🎄 Christmas Party 🥳
Open to all clients, we are heading to the Garden Hotel on Saturday 13th December for a social event. No workouts or massages, just a fun catch up for drinks and dinner. Kid friendly venue so families welcome.

I've booked a table but I'll need numbers to increase the booking if needed.

🏖 Christmas Holidays 🌴
We will be taking a well earned break to have a holiday as a family so we will be closed from 23rd Dec and reopening on 12th January.

As we head towards the end of the year, things are getting very busy.

I'm fully booked with a waitlist. My first week back in Jan is also almost booked out too. Online bookings are open 8 weeks in advance so people are jumping in to grab their new year spot.

Tristan is also getting busy but has plenty of availability in December for those looking to ease their pain or injuries before the break. He has one more visit to Tottenham next week too.

There may only be five weeks of classes left for 2025, but we’re not tapping out on looking after ourselves. Moving our bodies is one of the best things we can do for our mental health, especially when life gets a bit… end-of-year-ish.

A quick update so you know exactly what’s happening at Fearless Health:

✨ Yoga has wrapped up for the year due to low numbers. We’ll be looking out for fresh ways to support you in 2026.

✨ Youth Strength & Conditioning is pumping. Tristan is running Monday General Fitness plus our NEW Athlete Development sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

✨ Body Confidence Club bookings are now on our shiny new app, GymCatch so you can manage your spots easily.

✨ No classes on Wed 3 Dec or Thurs 11 Dec while we cheer on our eldest for his Year 6 milestones. Proud parent duties 😄😳😢

I definitely didn’t wake up bouncing out of bed ready to run today.

I had a headache, felt exhausted after a huge week at work and honestly thought about messaging Kate to postpone day one.

But she asked me to be her running buddy and saying yes meant I wasn’t doing it alone.
And that really does make a difference.

Showing up with someone beside you helps you feel supported and less like giving up.

You don’t have to push to extremes or treat movement like punishment. Sometimes it’s simply about improving one part of your health and fitness for yourself and taking it at your own pace.

And for a bit of extra flavour I also ate two flies. So that was fun. 🪰

Here’s to day one and friends who make the tough bits feel lighter.

Today I got to jump on the table while Tristan used the cups on my back and even around my c-section scar. His technique was surprisingly gentle, despite what the redness might suggest in these photos!

You’ll love this one…

I ran into one of my massage clients the other day and she told me she’s been waiting until her 35th birthday so she can finally join The Body Confidence Club 🎉

I had to laugh... apparently, my marketing worked a little too well! 😅

She thought 35 was the minimum age requirement.

Truth is, you don’t have to flash your ID at the door. The program was just designed for women 35+ because that’s often when our bodies start to feel different, strength, hormones, energy, all of it.
But all ages are welcome.

Myofascial Cupping Course Complete 🤗 👏

Tristan spent a few days in Sydney last week to complete a course to develop his massage skills. He was keen to learn how to include cupping as a treatment tool.

The Myofascial Cupping Technique™️ involves gliding pressurised cups over the body and can be accompanied by joint mobilisations. The focus is to lift the tissues (where traditional massage compresses) to deliver a nutrient-rich blood supply while giving a passive stretch to the underlying tissue.

The goal of this treatment isn't to bruise and is applied at a pressure level that is almost painless for the client. But 2 days of treatment is more than usual so some bruising can happen.

Tristan has come away feeling more confident in applying this technique and inspired to continue learning how he can work with scar tissue and even burn scarring.

We love learning and developing our skills to keep delivering our best to clients.
