Hi Everyone!
While I’m still not back blending teas, I’ve been pouring my energy into some exciting new projects!

Life is full and joyful with my four little ones (ages 5, 4, 2, and almost 1!), and alongside motherhood, I’ve launched two agricultural podcasts: The Ultimate Farm Wife and Agsolutely Fabulous.

I’m also in the process of registering my annual conference, Harvest Her Power, as a nonprofit—an initiative close to my heart that empowers and connects women in agriculture.

I’d love for you to join me on these new adventures—whether you’re tuning into the podcasts or following along with the journey of Harvest Her Power. There’s so much more to come!

Hi Everyone
Tea Karts is doing a suprise tea order in October 2023, just in time for Christmas!

I’ve been asked if I can do some bulk blending. So I am back by popular demand to top you all up. This is currently a one time thing. Who knows I might open it back up to two orders a year? We will see!

I do have some “conditions” as I am a mum of 3… yep that’s right 3 kids, 3 & under… (single pregnancies) I’ve been busy while I’ve been “away” 🤣

Conditions
1) Black, green and white teas will be available in 1kg bags while herbal teas will be available in 250-500g bags.
2) Your order must be paid in full in advance, I don’t have time to chase $$ anymore
3) You will need to pay postage
4) Orders must be received by October 13th 2023

Tea has been Re-classified as a luxury item and has undergone inflation like everything else. Please send me a message or comment orders below. I will add $$ of blends as orders come in as a Refernce for you.

3 days a week
Approximately 16-18 hours
Looking for a nanny for our 2 boys, 3 days a week at our property north of Dubbo NSW.

Primarily carering for our children with additional household tasks; hanging clothes on to line and cleaning up after the boys.

Looking for an honest, self motivated and efficient carer. Someone respectful, prompt and able to apply a structural approach.

Applicants must have:
✅ A current police check
✅ Working with children check
✅ drivers licence & car
✅ ABN
✅ own insurance
✅ 2 references
✅Childcare/nannying experience preferred.

Tea Karts Farewell 👋🏼
2021 has brought around more commitments to the farm and our growing family, with this I have made the very hard decision that it’s time for Tea Karts to say goodbye.

I have so much gratitude for your amazing support, encouragement and orders which have fuelled my dream of having my own tea business into an actual reality.

Sometimes the hardest decisions to make are the right ones and I take comfort in knowing my little people & farm will receive my undivided attention.

2020 reflection;
I am grateful for this year. It has been HARD, but with struggle comes growth.
-Perspective
Reassessed and focused on what is important, and am learning to let go of the little things.
-Patience
I have learned that my patience can be stretched and strengthened. Sometime I need to have faith it’ll all work out.
-Relationships
The most important thing in my life. Be appreciative of the relationships that you have, work on them every chance you make. Work on the relationships you want, but don’t leave the good relationships to wither on the sideline while you try to do this. Strong relationships take time and sometimes smaller than baby steps. It’s been challenging, but also beautiful.
-Gratitude!
I am grateful for what I have, my health, my family, and have been reminded over and over that I have everything I need. Focus on the now and the little moments.
What has 2020 taught you?

-International Day of Rural Women-
Happy International Rural Women’s Day. As many of us know and have experience rural women are the backbone of our rural communities.

Living in rural and remote area’s of Australia and on the land comes with its emotional and logistically challengs. Not only for us farmers but also those who running our schools, hospitals staff, small business owners and more roles in communities.

Then there is us farmers; supporting our husbands, families and farm. Sometimes it feels like it all rests with you to get the background work done and hold everything together! Especially during the hardships of drought, floods and fires we’ve experienced including the last 5 years, when the only way forward feels like is completely out of our control.

How do we get thru it? Sometimes it’s a day at a time. Every day is a new day. Sometimes you even just need to take it hour by hour... we surround ourselves with other like minded, resilient and strong women.

I am so fortunate to be raising my family on the land. Teach them to value women and the land we live on. You’ll quiet often hear me muttering my mantra, one that keeps me going “we look after the land, it will look after us”.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year’s to all. Tea Karts is now shut until March 2021.

We hope everybody has a wonderful festive season and look forward to what 2021 will bring us. We will be back with a new apprentice for the farm and the business.

- Spring on the farm-
Tea Blender and Farm hand 2.0 will be joining us in February 2021.

Which means Tea Karts will be shut from October 2020 until March 2021.
