Alongside this wonderful anniversary, Mathew has demonstrated increased independence and ownership in his daily routines, particularly in the kitchen and personal space management, reflecting a profound new level of confidence and pride. 🧑‍🍳

The Pastoral Hotel, Dubbo’s Employee of the Year 🌟

For Jonathan, The Pastoral isn't just a workplace—it’s a community where he truly shines. Having been a regular face on the Wednesday-to-Friday roster for years, Jonathan’s passion for his role recently led him to pick up extra shifts on Saturdays.

He has mastered the art of work-life balance, too! On Thursdays, Jonathan looks forward to his 1:1 time, which usually involves a standing reservation at the pool table and dinner at his workplace. 🎱

Whether he’s on the clock or enjoying his staff discount as a guest, Jonathan is a favorite among the team. This bond was celebrated in the best way possible this February when he was crowned Employee of the Year 2026. We couldn't be prouder of his growth and this well-deserved recognition. 🫶
