3R Massage Therapy Relax, Rehabiltate, Rejuvenate Massage can help provide relief to people of all ages, shapes and sizes. Heather works fulltime. She works part-time.

Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of normalizing those tissues and consists of manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of or to the body. It addresses such a variety of health conditions and is so beneficial why not give it a try with either of our therapists, if you haven’t already? Heather, a mother to six, currently holds an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy and Diploma of Aromatherapy. She is also is professionally trained in Cyber Orthotic Wear. Jade, holds a Diploma of Massage Therapy and has undergone intensive training in the fields of anatomy and physiology, and occupational health. Both have a passion for massage and will attest to it’s benefits and the improvement it can bring to one’s quality of life. Heather and Jade are devoted to helping others see the benefits of massage and would love to see you at 3R Massage Therapy.
