Today I followed the calling of my soul and allowed myself the space to be a vessel of pure light. It felt amazing and filled my heart to be able to do and share what feels so natural.

I have been wanting to get back into sharing Reiki & Crystal Healing with others for a few years now but needed to take the time and focus on my own healing before I could create the space to be a channel for others.

I am beyond excited for what 2022 will bring✨

WHAT DO YOU TRULY VALUE IN LIFE?

I scribbled down a list of about 12 things I really value..

Then narrowed it down to just a few!

Here's what I honestly value and base my decisions on -

♡Meaningful connections, with friends, family and everyone who crosses my path.

♡communication, in an honest and open manner. Communication is key in all healthy relationships whether personal or business.

♡ physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Being able to look after my own wellbeing needs as well as the needs of my family. If I am able to fill up my own cup It will overflow to all around me in a positive way.

♡ the freedom of an Abundance of Love, Time & Prosperity to be able to live a fulfilling life! With abundance I have more to give, more happiness with more time to invest into the meaningful connections with Loved ones.

♡ Harmony - I really value balance, Harmony and order in all areas of my life. It's been one of my biggest challenges in recent years (juggling all the hats I wear whilst maintaining balance).
It's something I am continually working on... Will let you know once I've mastered it 😉

When I do "work" for Sage + Soul I do not see it as working for financial gain but working for my Soul's happiness.

It brings me so much joy to be able to bring some peace & light into the life of others through my healing modalities.

It fills me with pride to know that the Crystals, oils and Homewares that I stock can bring light & healing into the home of many and that everyone can create their own inspiring, healing spaces!

It fills my heart with so much love that I have the ability to share channeled guidance with those who need it.

I absolutely love sharing the gifts of my soul.
