LEMON POPPYSEED BAKED OATS 🥣

The cooler weather is upon us and lemon poppyseed cake is always a delicious flavour for this time of year!
So why not, enjoy the classic cake for breakfast, with some added protein to kick start your day!

Recipe:
- 40g blended oats
- 15g lightly salted caramel whey blend
- 1/2tsp lemon zest
- 1/2tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 100ml milk/water
- 10g poppy seeds

▪️Combine the oats, protein, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, baking powder and liquid together in a bowl

▪️ Fold in the poppyseeds

▪️ Transfer the batter into a ramekin and bake in the oven at 180’ for 15-17mins

And enjoy!! 🤤
