A question we get asked a lot is "am I a suitable candidate for surgery?"

There's quite a few things we have to do before we can YES and there are a few things we take into consideration.

👉 Your age: Not everyone is suitable for surgery and the type of procedure you can have can be dependent on how old you are.
👉 Your prescription: Your prescription is a good indicator of what type of procedure would be suitable for your eyes. It also allows us to calculate how much is required to reshape the front surface of your eye or choose a lens to implant.
👉 The curvature of the front surface of your eyes: For some refractive surgeries, you'll require a certain amount of thinkness in order for the laser to reshape your eye.
👉 Angle inside your eye: For a procedure like ICL, you'll require at least 2.8mm space.
