DANS in Home Care - your only locally owned and operated Aged Care Provider!

You’ve heard the name, you have most likely seen members of our fabulous team floating around town and you probably have a little bit of an idea of what we do.

Today we want to share some fun facts about DANS and our role in the community!

- Being locally owned and operated means that all our staff are local to the areas in which they work.

- We have one of the largest care staff and clinical teams in our industry.

- We are a family organisation, our clients and our staff are not just numbers - we are family!

- We work closely with local external providers, because we know it takes a village to give you the care that you deserve.

- We don’t case manage, we care manage. When you receive services with DANS you will be linked with one of our Care Partners who will support you the whole way through your care journey.

- We have strong clinical leadership with a large team of registered nurses and our Clinical Care Partner, you can rest easy knowing that all of your services will receive clinical oversight.

- We don’t compete, we commit to assisting you to find the right care for you.

- We are always learning and growing, at DANS we don’t claim to know all the answers. We pride ourselves on our willingness to listen to your needs and work with you to ensure that your care is individually tailored to you.

- We provide both aged and disability services in the community.

- We service Dubbo, Gilgandra, Orange, Narromine, Elong Elong, Molong and more.

- We are not just a care provider, we strive to create a community where our special people can come knowing they will receive support and care they can trust.

- Our whole team will come to know you, a phone call to our office will be like catching up with an old friend.

- We know the changes to the Aged Care System are scary, but we are here to support you as we all learn together to navigate Support at Home.

Joey - guessing comp winner with a guess of 89. There are 96 lollies. 🍭 (so close!!)
Willow won the $20 Cooee voucher for best entry.
Levi won a colour in book for encouragement award.
Cliff won the blood pressure machine.
