✨ This weekend I had the absolute honour of teaching four beautiful ladies their Level One Reiki ✨

It was such a special experience to witness each of them open up to the energy, to their own inner knowing, and to the connection they carry within. 🌿💫

The realisations they had were so powerful, from feeling energy flowing through their hands, to recognising the deep intuition and sensitivity that was already inside them, waiting to be remembered. 💛

I want to congratulate each of these incredible women on receiving their Reiki Level One and stepping into their healing journey. 🙌

“Life has taken me on many leaps of faith… some I chose, and some chose me. Each one has made me stronger.” ✨

✨ My journey began as a young wife and mother, stepping into big roles before I was fully grown myself. Raising two children, navigating divorce, and finding my way as a single woman have all been chapters that shaped me deeply.

I faced the heartbreak of losing both of my beautiful parents , along with other loved ones close to me, to cancer. Those losses opened my heart in profound ways, teaching me how important it is to feel the ongoing love, guidance, and presence of those in spirit.

More recently, I walked my own path of healing beyond breast cancer. This experience deepened my strength, resilience, and compassion, reminding me that even in our hardest moments, light and healing can be found.

All of these moments, the challenges, the love, the loss, and the healing, have led me to the work I do today. As a Reiki healer, psychic medium, and guide, I hold space for others on their own healing journeys with understanding, kindness, and an open heart.

We all have our battles, but none of us have to face them alone. 💙 Whether through energy healing or connecting you with your loved ones in spirit, I am here to walk beside you as you discover your own strength and light. ✨

This morning I had the absolute honour of guiding a healing meditation and energy session for a group of beautiful ladies with the Look Good Feel Better organization. ✨💗

The energy in the room was so uplifting – filled with openness, sharing, and deep connection. Each of these women carried such strength and light, and it was truly moving to hold space for them. 🌸

I walked away feeling just as healed and inspired as they did. What a reminder of the power of coming together in love, support, and healing energy. 💫

Grateful for moments like these. 💕

I’ve always been the go-to person, in the workplace, in life, and quietly behind the scenes.

My career started in the corporate world, banking, then healthcare and eventually I found myself running busy, high-pressure medical practices for over a decade. I loved the connection, the challenge, and the constant movement… but somewhere in the mix, I realised how easy it was for everyone (myself included) to run on empty.

What many didn’t know was that while I was managing those clinics, I was also slowly deepening something else, my energy healing work. I studied Reiki, explored holistic practices, and started offering healing sessions in between my corporate schedule. It wasn’t a side hustle….. it was a calling.

I’ve been intuitive and spiritually connected since I was a child, but learning how to use those gifts in a grounded, practical way took time and trust. It all came together when I had to pause for my own health. That pause became the pivot I didn’t know I needed.

Now, I get to bring both sides of my world together, corporate experience and energy wisdom, through Anthea’s Wellness Collective.

I work with teams, leaders, retreats, and organisations to bring calm back into the room. I offer energy reset sessions, meditation, breathwork, and intuitive workshops that create real space for people to feel, breathe, and reconnect.

Because I know what burnout feels like. I know what pressure does to people. And I also know how powerful just one aligned moment can be.
