10 years ago, I was pleased this singles event was on ABC, so everyone knew people with intellectual disability, had the right to have relationships.

30 years ago I knew 2 people (who had moved out of Institutions) and were living together with their pet.
10 years ago, I was pleased this singles event was on ABC, so everyone knew people with intellectual disability, had the right to have relationships.

This a safe meet up of 5 – 8 people, where you will be introduced to others in the group. We'll be in the Courtyard of Page Two Cafe (very close to the last Light Rail stop).
The last event was so successful the group kept chatting outside the cafe, when the event was over and I was leaving.

This is for people with disability who have had a Counselling session. This will help Liz Dore decide if it is the right event for you. And if you are ready to meet others in this group and maybe swap contact details, if they want to. I want people to meet in a safe place, where each participants details and advocates are known.

Theapists & Teachers doing relationships and sexuality education with people with disability might be interested. I have many books, folders, cards & an Assessment. I’m doing Relationships Counselling and Professional Supervision online now. If you would like to buy some or have 1-2 Professional Supervision or Training sessions (you can have some resources free).

My Poster (graphics by my son Sam) has travelled with me to the World Association for Sexual Health congress in Brisbane. It’s being lovely meeting educators and advocates from all over the world and catching up with other local therapists like Candice Care-Unger (in middle of panel presentation photo), Tanya Koens and Rachel Wotton.
