We are a Chiropractic clinic that care for musculo-skeletal problems.We intend to provide a safe and caring environment for our patients. Treatments at our clinic may often involve a combination of spinal adjustments, muscle work, rehabilitation, ergonomic advice and preventative exercises. Pain flare-ups don’t mean you’re broken.
And “perfect posture” isn’t the goal either.

Most people panic when pain shows up.
They stop moving. They stretch aggressively. They brace and sit stiff all day.

But here’s the truth:

❌ Doing nothing doesn’t fix it.
❌ Forcing stretches into a sensitive area can irritate it more.
❌ Holding yourself rigid isn’t “good posture”, it’s tension.

Instead:

✔️ Modify, don’t completely stop.
✔️ Keep gentle, controlled movement in your day.
✔️ Change positions often.
✔️ Build strength so your body can tolerate load long-term.

Pain is often about sensitivity and overload, not damage.
