🔸The foot treatment will take approximately 50-55 minutes
🔸The client may wish to talk for a short period, then relax & may fall asleep.

One of the main benefits of hand reflexology is relaxation. Other benefits include:
- Pain relief
- Easing stress & anxiety
- Reducing fatigue
- Sinus relief
- Alleviates headaches and neck tension
- Improves concentration

As our fingers are longer than our toes, hand reflexology can be very beneficial, particularly for the sinuses. It works by massaging the reflex points on the hands which are related to various points on the body. It is a very flexible therapy which can be performed easily with a minimal amount of equipment, and is a good alternative if you are short on time.

During winter we often have issues with blocked sinuses either due to illness or just life in general.

As our fingers are longer than our toes, hand reflexology is particularly helpful for dealing with sinus issues, especially as these reflex points are located along the fingers.

By working these reflex points, practitioners are able to provide relief from sinus pain and help to clear any blockages, further reducing toxins in the body that may cause sinus issues.

Hand reflexology is gentle and non invasive, especially as it doesn't require any specific equipment it can be performed anywhere.

t's a great alternative for those with injuries or people who don't like to have their feet touched. A practitioner is able to stimulate and work various reflex points on your hands which correlate to different parts of your body, just as they do with regular reflexology on the feet. Hand reflexology is also deeply relaxing as it's often much easier for most people to access their hands rather than their feet,

You will learn self help techniques for your hands which you can do at anytime of the day.

Thinking about having a reflexology treatment but not sure what to expect?

* At the first appointment, the Practitioner will complete a client history form, which can take around 10 minutes, to find out the health status of the client.

* The first appointment is generally 75 minutes and subsequent appointments are 60 minutes

* Foot treatment will take approximately 50-55 minutes consisting or relaxer techniques, followed by thumb walking, rotational and sweeping techniques which will relate to the entire body.

* The client may wish to talk for a short period and then relax and some even fall asleep.
