“I cracked six figures… and then I cracked.”

You’ve been taught to blame it on the food.
It must be that portion sizes are too large. Sugar cravings that, no matter what you try, just seem to get more and more intense. You try to resist it, ending up in a cycle of self sabotage and then blame it on your lack of discipline or willpower.

You map out a new plan, make fresh promises to yourself, and hope that this will finally be the thing that shifts it.
But what no one ever told you is that your body isn’t the problem.
It’s the messenger.
And the message is this:
There is unprocessed pain still held in your system.
There are unmet needs still trying to speak through the patterns.

I’ve tried everything… why am I still stuck?" Here’s what I’d tell you, if we were sitting together, soul to soul.

Before you try another morning routine, before you set another goal, before you reach for a book or a course or a coach to fix what you think is broken, just pause.

Not forever.
Just long enough to feel what’s real.
Ask yourself this:
🌬️ What part of me believes I need fixing?
Because beneath every pattern, every shutdown, every symptom you’ve been trying to solve, there is a part of you that adapted.
That made yourself small to survive.
That chose to stay silent in order to be accepted.

And that part doesn’t need fixing.
She needs witnessing.
This is where real healing begins.

It’s really not about what they did. Here’s what it’s really about.

That text they didn’t reply to.
That friend who forgot your birthday.
That partner who pulled away for no reason.
None of it should have made you feel worthless.
But it did.
Not because of them, but because of what it touched inside you.
It’s what you chose to make it mean about yourself that’s what hurts. Their behaviour was simply the mirror that reflected what’s already inside of you.

Your body is interpreting through the past.
When there’s an unconscious belief that says, “I’m not good enough,” everything gets filtered through it.
Even the smallest trigger can rupture your nervous system.

You’re not overreacting. You’re re-experiencing.
This is why things feel so much bigger than they look from the outside.
Because it’s really not just about this moment.
It’s about every time you felt rejected, unchosen, invisible.
The pattern didn’t start here. However, because it exists, you feel it.
Over and over and over again.

Until you recode the belief, it will keep repeating.
You’ll keep getting caught in the same spiral:
🌀 They do something
🌀 You collapse into “It must be me”
🌀 You over-explain, over-function, or shut down

But when you shift the internal belief, everything changes.
You stop taking things personally.
You stop seeking validation.
You stop bending to be accepted.
And you finally see people for who they are; without losing yourself in the process.
Because now, you know you’re enough. No matter what they do. You reflect your enough-ness outwardly, and the trigger no longer has a hold over you.

Is anyone else feeling affected with the collective energy of fear that's circulating at the moment?

If you're feeling it, know that it’s not just yours. It’s the weight of a world that’s on edge.

War. Collapse. Disconnection from self and others.

Every client I've seen for months now is feeling this weight of fear and anxiety.

But underneath this fear is the belief that you are not enough.
That you’ll fall behind.
That your relationship might fall apart.
That your heart is too much (or not enough).
That you’ll never quite catch up to the life you know is meant for you.

I get it.
However... fear is a story.
And stories can be rewritten.
I still feel fear (sometimes alot of of it - the faster you elevate, the more fear you will be forced to confront) - however I don't LIVE in fear anymore. There's specific processes I use to learn from my fear, and to let it move through.

It's been a very long time since posting on here. Like.. over 8 months.

It's not because I disappeared from the work. My calendar was so booked out last year I didn't have the time of the capacity to maintain a consistent social media presence.

At the end of last year, I knew I needed a break.
My nervous system needed silence.
My soul needed to spend quiet time, alone.
A 2 month holiday has turned into a 8 month hiatus from social media, with a conscious decision to create more white space in my calendar.

But something shifted last week.

One of my longest-standing clients, Danielle Davis, passed away.
A few days later, so did another.

Danielle wasn’t just a client; she was the reason this work began.
Seven years ago, I was asked to run a 10-week health program.
It made no logical sense to say yes, I was juggling so many things with little kids and married life.

But something in me KNEW.. I needed to say yes to this.

Danielle came to that program.
She asked for support with food and nutrition through her NDIS plan… and when I went through a divorce, this contract led into to so many more. My kids were fed and I could breathe once again.

Because of her, I was able to study.
Because of her, Holistic Healers Academy exists.
Because of her, Elevate HER was born.

In her passing, I’m coming back to this space.
Back to service.
Back to visibility.
Back to the real reason I started.

Elevate HER is now a not-for-profit.
From this week forward, it’s a pay-what-you-can circle.
You can join for $1 or $47, whatever’s possible for you right now. All profits will be donated to women’s charities. My time for these calls is offered freely, in her honour.

This decision came from a deep place.
A knowing that I’ve had enough of working alone, that it’s time to give back, and make space for more collaboration.

Immediently, 3 women have appeared, beautifully talented women that can hold space, deliver high value and are willing to step into service together.

That's how fast the universe responds to intention. And frequency.

Tonight, we gather.
Tonight's session will be led by Natalie Jane, an incredible Theta Healing practitioner and successful business owner, who’s stepped in to help me hold this community.

I'm beyond excited to be able to sit back with you all and receive tonight. I've been holding it all for years, alone.

I don't complain.. it's changed my life in the most profound ways.

But we must still allow ourselves room to receive. This is the energy I enter into now.

When you start living in alignment with who you truly are, some people won’t like it. Your elevation becomes a trigger for what they feel is lacking in them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please know this. It’s not your responsibility to make others comfortable with the light you’ve stepped into.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Maybe you’ve noticed that when you set boundaries, someone pulls away.

Or when you speak your truth, it triggers emotions in others. The people who relied on you to stay small might feel threatened.

They’re reacting from their own beliefs, stories, and limitations - not yours.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let me remind you of something important.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your alignment is your FREEDOM. It’s not your job to manage the discomfort others feel when you choose yourself. Your truth is not up for negotiation, if living in your power causes someone else to feel triggered, that’s their invitation to heal, not your burden to carry.

When you shift into this way of being, life begins to flow. You stop holding on to the need for approval or fearing rejection. You become magnetic to what is truly meant for you.

Let people react however they need to. That’s their journey. Your only job is to stay connected to your own inner knowing and move forward, unapologetically.

You’re repressing anger.. you just might not realise you are. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Have you ever felt weighed down by anger, resentment, or blame? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We’ve all been there, and often we feel our anger is more than warranted. THEY did this thing to us, of COURSE we feel angry about ti!!! We tell ourselves there’s no other way to feel right now, and perhaps we also want to make sure the other person suffers as a result. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

However.. the truth is that holding onto the anger is hurting YOU the most.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When you hold onto these emotions, you’re not protecting yourself. You’re actually storing them in your body, unconsciously.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And believe me, they don’t just disappear.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Skin issues? That could be repressed anger surfacing.Gut problems? Often linked to unprocessed shame or guilt.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

These repressed emotions will eventually demand your attention, often manifesting as physical health challenges.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
