This is your invitation to slow down and soften.

Join us tonight for a beautifully gentle restorative yin class, designed to ease your nervous system, unravel tension, and guide you home to yourself. We use plenty of props to support your body fully, mats, bolsters, and blocks are all provided, so you can completely surrender into stillness.

Join us this evening for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga class with Cara. This is your invitation to slow down, unwind, and nourish your whole system.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a gentle, floor-based practice focused on long, supported holds that melt into the connective tissue, inviting deep release through the body and nervous system.
It’s juicy, relaxing, and incredibly grounding, the kind of class where you’ll meet yourself in stillness and come out feeling renewed.

We use beautiful props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your body completely, and the class is open to all levels and all ages. No experience needed.

🧘‍♀️ Who’s keen to join me for a yoga class this long weekend?

If your body’s calling for some deep rest, we’re holding a gentle restorative yin class over the long weekend, a chance to slow down, soften the edges, and reset your nervous system.

✨ But did you know... not all yoga is slow and still?

A lot of people assume yoga is all about deep stretching and lying on bolsters (which is beautiful, and yes, that’s what we’ll be doing this weekend)
but yoga actually comes in many styles, including those that help build strength, tone your body, and give you that post-workout glow.

This Friday morning, we’ll be holding two energising options at Pathways Integrative Health

🌞 Power Yoga – 6.00am
For those who want to go for it, a strong, bodyweight-based class that sculpts, strengthens and awakens every muscle.

🌿 Vinyasa Flow – 9.30am
For those wanting something a little more fluid that combines breath and movement in a steady, energising rhythm.

So whether you’re craving softness, strength, or somewhere in between, there’s a class for you.

If you're craving something deeply nourishing, a space to soften, rest, and return to yourself, this class is for you.

Join me Monday evenings at 6pm for a gentle Yin yoga class that invites you to completely surrender. Through long, supported holds and grounding breathwork, we’ll move slowly, melt tension, and reconnect with the stillness within.

This practice is like a balm for the nervous system, perfect for those who feel overstimulated, exhausted, or simply ready to receive.

🕯️ Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
Come as you are — no need to be flexible, strong, or “good at yoga.”

✨ Calling our early risers + daytime movers! ✨

We're excited to be adding Friday morning yoga classes to our schedule at Pathways Integrative Health and would love to hear from you. I'm planning to offer both a morning Power class and a mid-morning Vinyasa Flow, and I’d love your input before finalising the times.

Here are the options

6am Power Flow
7am Power Flow
9am Vinyasa Flow
10am Vinyasa Flow

Please note: Our Power and Vinyasa Flow classes are designed for those with a moderate level of fitness and body awareness. You don’t need to be advanced, just comfortable moving with some strength, flow, and intention.

These classes are a beautiful complement for active bodies gym-goers, surfers, athletes, hikers or anyone who enjoys dynamic movement and wants to build strength, mobility, and focus.

They're also an excellent way to support the nervous system through breath-led movement and to promote recovery through mindful, full-body integration.
