🧘♀️ Who’s keen to join me for a yoga class this long weekend?
If your body’s calling for some deep rest, we’re holding a gentle restorative yin class over the long weekend, a chance to slow down, soften the edges, and reset your nervous system.
✨ But did you know... not all yoga is slow and still?
A lot of people assume yoga is all about deep stretching and lying on bolsters (which is beautiful, and yes, that’s what we’ll be doing this weekend)
but yoga actually comes in many styles, including those that help build strength, tone your body, and give you that post-workout glow.
This Friday morning, we’ll be holding two energising options at Pathways Integrative Health
🌞 Power Yoga – 6.00am
For those who want to go for it, a strong, bodyweight-based class that sculpts, strengthens and awakens every muscle.
🌿 Vinyasa Flow – 9.30am
For those wanting something a little more fluid that combines breath and movement in a steady, energising rhythm.
So whether you’re craving softness, strength, or somewhere in between, there’s a class for you.
