I tried everything.
Morning routines.
Journaling.
Meditation.
Breathwork.
Mindset work.
Trying to be “consistent.”
Trying to be “better.”
And for a moment, things would shift.
I’d feel clearer. More connected. More like myself.
But it never lasted.
Because I didn’t realise this at the time;
I was trying to change my life without creating safety in my body to hold the change.
I wasn’t broken.
My nervous system just didn’t feel safe to stay in the new.
This is the true foundation of embodiment.
Not just accessing new states… but building the capacity to live there.
This is why my work rests on three pillars:
Regulation: so your system learns it is safe to soften.
Reconnection:so you can hear and trust your body again.
Integration: so change becomes who you are, not something you have to force.
This is how self-trust is built.
This is how change becomes sustainable.
This is how you come home to yourself.
Not through force.
Through safety. Through listening. Through returning.
Comment which pillar you feel you’re currently in:
Regulation, Reconnection, or Integration.
Or save this for the days you feel disconnected, so you can remember where to return.
