The architect-designed yoga retreat, Griffins Hill, is set within a bountiful,
landscaped conservation garden two kilometres from the village of Dunkeld,
four hours west of Melbourne, Victoria. Surrounded by compelling panoramic
views of the Sothern Grampians, Griffins Hill offers retreats with a focus on
yoga, rest and lovingly-created, tasty food. Organic, home-grown produce is blended into flavoursome vegetarian meals,
and guests discover the joys of seasonal harvesting and experience first-hand
the pleasure of gathering berries, vegetables and herbs under the guidance of
landscape gardener and passionate cook, Jane Gibb. Frank Jesse, a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher with 25 years’ experience,
provides specialist yoga classes for locals and guests at every level of
experience and capability. Within the glorious setting of Victoria’s Grampians National Park, travelers
can become healthy, or maintain their health, at Griffins Hill Retreat.
