Frequencies Wellness Life Coaching Clinic is privately owned and run Life Coaching Clinic, discreetly tucked away in a quiet street. The clinic is located over 2 rooms in the front of a private house. It is separated from the main dwelling by a door thus giving you privacy. My interests & experiences align with –
* Assisting Women & their Carers on the Cancer Journey
* Narcissistic/Controlling Relationships
* Anxiety
* Setting & Maintaining, Achievable Boundaries that you can Clearly and Confidently Convey to Others and Follow Through with Consistency. We learn and imprint information from birth to the end of our life. Continuously gathering both positive & negative experiences, information & observing everything around us. Our reaction to something is usually based on our own experiences & belief systems, which in turn can have a positive or negative impact on our lives mentally, physically (with our health), emotionally or spiritually. At Frequencies we are not about trying to tell you how to “fix” yourself, you’re not broken, it’s just a label. There is much more to you than that label from your past. Your life can become filled with more laughter, confidence, self-love, self-worth, respect and a more positive, grounded perspective about yourself and your future. YOUR JOURNEY:
• Your journey begins with us getting to know each other and establishing trust, in order to get a clear picture of where & how your feelings or unrest began.
• You will learn to recognize the situations & triggers that cause you to be where you are now in your life.
• You will be introduced to processes & techniques that will assist you in finding realistic solutions & outcomes, which in turn form new habits.
• You are guided & encouraged towards problem solving & finding realistic solutions & outcomes by learning new habits, processes & techniques that enable you to take more consistent control of your own life now & moving forward into your future. The changes do not just happen suddenly. It has taken a long time for you to acknowledge that you have reached this point in your life. Your health or relationships may have been affected by consistent, long-term mental/emotional stress in your private life or work or trauma from past experience/s. If you really want to change your life around, then it will take patience and consistent effort on your part. If you wish to gain control back in your life, then now has never been a better time to do so. Working together to discover the ‘how’, the ‘why’ and the ‘when’ this all impacted you in your life. 📚 Research... research... research, to educate yourself is to understand the dis-ease.
💎 ️Mainstream treatments, alternate and integrated medicine can work hand in hand to compliment each therapy.

✅️ STAY MOTIVATED AND RELAXED BY:
🛌 Listening to your body rest or sleep when it's tired - A MUST DO - SO IMPORTANT.
🥦 Change your eatting habits from fast, fatty foods to healthy, nutrious foods that build the immune system up, e.g leafy green veggies, salads, good fats, salmon, chicken red meat now and again, nuts, try juicing great to get the vitamins in when you dont feel hungry (which can happen), plant based protein shakes- add fruit or veggies to them and bone broth - high in protein too.
🥂 Cut out alcohol, sugar, fizzy sugary drinks, and empty carbs 🍩 - cruel I know but you will feel better for it.
🥛Drink.plenty of alkaline water.
💥 Changing your way of thinking, to be more positive.
🗓 Finding your new routine.
🥅 Setting bite size, balanced goals.
👍 Making exciting, attainable and realistic plans for the future.
💆‍♀️ Reducing tress levels, anxiety, worry, negative thoughts, by massage (if you can), manicure or pedicure, getting your hair done, meditate, get outside into nature or beside water.
☠️ Remove negative people from your life.
🧘‍♀️ Meditate often,
📗 Read Journal, incorporate mindfulness, colour in draw, paint, listen to music, watch some You Tube, watch movies, do an online course in something to learn new things.
🙏 Having gratitude every day, for every little achievement or step forward you make.
👣 Any step forward is moving in the right direction, even if its a small step forward.
🤯 Don't overthink or concentrate on what you think is a step back or a 'failure' there are no failures only learnings!
🏊‍♀️ Staying active - walk, hike run, do yoga, tai-chi, gentle stretches, dance or may be swim, anything that keeps you moving.
👭 Surround yourself with like minded people who accept you for you, build you up and support you no matter what.
