📚 Research... research... research, to educate yourself is to understand the dis-ease.

✅️ STAY MOTIVATED AND RELAXED BY:
🛌 Listening to your body  rest or sleep when it's tired - A MUST DO - SO  IMPORTANT.
🥦 Change your eatting habits from fast, fatty foods to healthy, nutrious foods that build the immune system up, e.g leafy green veggies, salads, good fats, salmon, chicken  red meat now and again, nuts, try juicing great to get the vitamins in when you dont feel hungry (which can happen), plant based protein shakes- add fruit or veggies to them and bone broth - high in protein too.
🥂 Cut out alcohol, sugar, fizzy sugary drinks, and empty carbs 🍩 - cruel I know but you will feel better for it.
🥛Drink.plenty of alkaline water.
💥 Changing your way of thinking, to be more positive.
🗓 Finding your new routine.
🥅 Setting bite size, balanced goals.
👍 Making exciting, attainable and realistic plans for the future.
💆♀️ Reducing tress levels, anxiety, worry, negative thoughts, by massage (if you can), manicure or pedicure, getting your hair done, meditate, get outside into nature or beside water.
☠️ Remove negative people from your life.

📗 Read  Journal, incorporate mindfulness, colour in draw, paint, listen to music, watch some You Tube, watch movies, do an online course in something to learn new things.
🙏 Having gratitude every day, for every little achievement or step forward you make. 
👣 Any step forward is moving in the right direction, even if its a small step forward.
🤯 Don't overthink or concentrate on what you think is a step back or a 'failure' there are no failures only learnings!
🏊♀️ Staying active - walk, hike  run, do yoga, tai-chi, gentle stretches, dance or may be swim, anything that keeps you moving.
👭 Surround yourself with like minded people who accept you for you, build you up and support you no matter what.
