Congratulations Dr Paul Buckeridge!
At this year’s WA Rural Health Long Service Awards, we proudly recognised Dr Paul Buckeridge for 30 years of service to regional Western Australia.
Paul’s passion for rural medicine began early, working in Broome, Leonora and Norseman. It was there he discovered the depth, connection and sense of purpose that define country practice, and knew rural WA was where he belonged.
After time in Busselton, Paul settled in Dunsborough in the late 1990s, embracing the opportunity to be a true community GP. For decades, he has cared for families across generations.
Now semi-retired and living in Denmark, Paul’s connection to country WA remains strong.
Thirty years of care.
Thirty years of community.
