It’s been a while 🤍
I’ve been a little quiet on here…not because I’ve disappeared, but because life has been so full.
2025 was a year of deep processing.
Change, growth, health, work, loved ones moving on…a season of learning and turning inward.
And I know so many of us can relate.
We’re all holding so much.
So many roles.
So many highs and lows behind the scenes.

For me, it was also a reminder of why I created Solas Essentials in the first place.
To come back to simple, grounding rituals…
to calm nervous systems, support sensitive skin and create mindful moments in everyday life.
Little pauses.
Natural support.
A breath in the middle of the busy.
And I can feel something shifting already this year…a fresh energy, a new steadiness.
Because the truth is…nothing changes unless we make the change ourselves ✨
I’m excited for what’s to come, more connection, more intention, more wellness woven into the ordinary.

Finally, fresh cream batches coming to all stockists! It’s been a whirlwind week so far with jet lag kicking in. My kids decided 2am was the morning on Tuesday… all my patience techniques were needed that day!
Thankfully, when I’m in my ‘shed’ (Solas creative space), I clear my head😍 is, it’s so nice to feel warmth again!!
