We are here to help you through your Pilates practice and to ensure that you receive an extra level of attention, care and guidance. Please feel free to contact us any time if you feel you are having difficulty with movements and we can meet with you prior to class to help you to progress through the movement. Our ultimate goal is to deliver effective, well-rounded workouts to meet your needs ensuring each muscle group is trained evenly and you leave feeling refreshed and alert with a sense of accomplishment and a feeling of physical and mental wellbeing
