Take your surfing to the next level with specialised strength & conditioning sessions led by our physio and competitive surfer, Duke.
Designed specifically for high-level surfers and groms, these gym-based sessions target the strength, mobility, and endurance needed to boost performance in the water and reduce injury risk.
📅 Session Times
High-Level Surfers: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 7:00am – 8:00am
Groms (Juniors): Tuesdays | 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Duke knows what it takes — both in the surf and in the gym. With his background in sports physiotherapy, AFL sports training, and as a sponsored surfer & Silver Jacket winner, you’ll be learning from someone who truly understands the demands of high-performance surfing.
