This Friday, I’m attending a speed networking event — sharing an offer that supports both personal wellbeing and giving back.

✨ February–March Giving Offer ✨
$200 | 75 minutes of care (normally $187)
With $50 from each booking donated towards building a fresh water well in Cambodia.

Choose one:
• 75 min Remedial Massage
• 75 min Integrative Lymphatic Massage
• 75 min 1:1 Award-Winning AquaStretch

💧 A fresh water well costs $600 AUD to build.
That means 12 sessions across February and March will fund one complete well, providing clean water for over 100 people.

In many communities, children are still taken out of school to help collect unsafe water for drinking and cooking. Access to clean water supports education, dignity, and daily wellbeing.

📍 Locations available:
Dural | Norwest | Penrith

If you live nearby and would love to care for yourself, gift a loved one something meaningful, and give back in a practical way — this offer allows you to do all three.

🌱 Let’s work together towards our 51st fresh water well.

Message me to book or to learn more.

Three years ago I was kayaking down the Colorado River — present, challenged, and deeply grateful for the experience.

Right now, I’m in a season of setting goals that honour both business and life — because for me, they’re connected.

In August 2026, I’m working towards:
• Utah — a business goal that also allows space to travel, reflect, and grow personally
• The UK — a personal goal to spend quality time with my daughter and my grandkiddies 🤍

These goals sit side by side.
They’re ambitious, yes — but they’re grounded in planning, consistency, and taking real steps forward.

I’m excited. I’m planning. I’m taking action.

If you’re a friend, associate, someone who wants to come along for the ride, or even a potential mentor, feel free to connect and share. I genuinely welcome the conversation.

Sometimes the first step is simply saying the goal out loud ✨

And what’s one thing you could give it this week?

More rest?
Gentle movement?
Hydration?
Time to slow down?
A little consistency instead of pressure?

You don’t need a full reset or a perfect plan. One supportive choice, done gently and regularly, is enough to start shifting how you feel.

You’re welcome to share in the comments — or simply take a quiet moment to check in with yourself. Both count 🌱

What is Redox?

Redox refers to molecules that naturally occur in the body and are part of normal biological processes.

Some people choose to learn about redox science as part of a broader interest in understanding how the body functions at a basic level.

In a wellbeing context, this information is often explored alongside everyday health foundations such as regular movement, rest, hydration, and consistency — rather than as a medical or therapeutic approach.

If you’re curious and would like general information, I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned.

Ever heard of Bungee Fitness?

I recently tried a bungee-fitness beginner workout with a good friend — and it was such a refreshing way to move.

This was good cardio, high-energy, and low impact, which made it feel supportive on the body while still getting the heart rate up. Best part?
There was plenty of laughter, stress release, and yes… we were absolutely drenched in sweat by the end.

What I loved most is the reminder that movement doesn’t have to feel like hard work to be effective. When you genuinely enjoy what you’re doing, consistency becomes much easier.

✨ Action for today:
If your usual routine feels stale, try one new way to move this week — something fun, different, or completely out of your comfort zone.

Because when you look forward to moving, commitment takes care of itself.

Okay… it’s official. 🤓

My distance vision has been amazing — great for a 61-year-old…
but lately my reading vision has been getting worse and worse.

So this week I did something small — but honestly, it felt like self-care:
I bought myself reading glasses.

And weirdly… I love them 😂

Getting older is a funny mix of “wow I feel wiser” and “why do I need to hold my phone this far away now?”

Anyone else reached this chapter? 🙋‍♀️

I’ve been holding onto a little secret with my cellular health business and I’m bursting to share it. … 🤫

This weekend, something huge rolled out inside ASEA my cellular health business — and honestly, it feels like a fresh new chapter.

It’s called ASEA One… and it’s a complete upgrade designed to make business-building simpler, clearer, and more rewarding from the start for all the users of this fabulous redox product.

I’m genuinely excited about where this is heading — and what it means for people who want to build something steady and sustainable but just want something small to start with.

Fridays often invite us to reflect.

Not on how busy we’ve been — but on what’s actually been supporting us.

In both business and life, it’s rarely the loud or exciting things that make the biggest difference.
It’s the steady habits, the reliable people, and the choices we return to again and again.

Growth doesn’t need to feel rushed to be meaningful.
And progress doesn’t need to be dramatic to be real.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is keep showing up, calmly and consistently.

Yesterday morning at BNI, I shared a part of my journey that many people don’t often see.

🤝 Through my business and consistent networking, I was introduced to opportunities that aligned not just with growth, but with values.

🌱 The support I’ve received through ASEA products has allowed me to step into a broader role — becoming an ambassador for the ASEA Advancing Life Foundation, a charity focused on supporting communities through education, wellbeing, and opportunity.

💼 For me, this has never been about one thing in isolation.
It’s been about building a stable business first, surrounding myself with the right people, and then choosing to give back in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

✨ Business can create impact when it’s built on connection, integrity, and long-term thinking.

Grateful for the opportunity to share this story.

Monday rhythm, when time allows.

After SpeedFit, I slow things down with a nourishing breakfast that supports recovery and steady energy for the day ahead. Nothing fancy — just real food, eaten mindfully, and enjoyed fully.

This is what around eating looks like for me:
• moving my body
• refuelling with intention
• listening to what my body needs

Consistency over perfection.
Gentle habits that support long-term wellbeing.

Very yummy. Very supportive.

This Sunday I’m going zip lining — something I genuinely love.

This photo was taken a few years ago, and I’m heading back again now, this time as a gentle celebration with a good friend. She set herself a personal goal around feeling more comfortable in her body and making supportive choices for herself, and this experience became something positive to look forward to together.

Moments like this are a reminder that motivation doesn’t need to come from pressure or extremes.
Often, it grows from encouragement, connection, and choosing experiences that feel meaningful.

In both life and practice, gentle goals and shared moments can support people far more than pushing ever does. 🤍

If this resonates, you’re very welcome to share what helps you stay encouraged — no pressure, just connection.
