Throwing it back 7 years to when I swam 100 metres in the waters of Negombo, Sri Lanka 🌊

Even though it was a while ago, I still remember the sheer thrill of moving through the water, feeling my body work, and soaking in the moment. It reminded me how empowering it is to challenge yourself, enjoy your body in motion, and celebrate what it can do.

Sometimes looking back at past experiences can inspire us to keep moving, even gently, in the present. Whether it’s in the pool, on a walk, or just a few stretches at home, each small step counts.

Take a moment today to move, breathe, and enjoy what your body can do 💛

Mondays are for inspiration, empowerment, and moving forward with intention 🌿

Your body is resilient, capable, and ready to support you — sometimes all it needs is your awareness, care, and gentle consistency. Many people notice that approaching the week with belief in themselves, even in small steps, can create momentum, confidence, and energy for everything ahead.

This week, give yourself permission to trust your body, embrace progress, and celebrate small wins. Every step, breath, or stretch is part of your journey toward greater wellbeing 💛

If this resonates, I’d love to share ways to nurture your body and mind this week — gentle, empowering, and realistic.

Life often nudges us to rethink how we approach challenges 🌿

Standing somewhere unexpected reminded me that shifting perspective, embracing curiosity, and finding lightness even in unusual moments can support mental clarity, wellbeing, and resilience. Small, reflective experiences can translate into big insights both personally and professionally 💛

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Steve and his team! 🌟

They did a fantastic job on my two-story house — inside and out — and the patio underside roof looks brilliant. Their attention to detail and care really stood out.

As a small side note, I also have the pleasure of looking after Steve’s wife in massage, which makes supporting their work even more special.

If you’re looking for someone who delivers quality and takes pride in their craft, I can wholeheartedly recommend Steve.

Three weeks after surviving a serious car crash, I finally got to do something I’d booked long ago — swimming with rays and sharks at SeaWorld 🐠💙

Although my chest was still sore, the kindness of strangers helping me into my wetsuit and the sheer magic of floating and gently sculling among these magnificent creatures was incredible. The rays were larger than me, the sharks swam just half a metre away — and yet I felt completely safe, calm, and uplifted.

It reminded me that recovery isn’t always about physical rest. Positive mental experiences, moments of awe, and gentle movement can be just as important for healing. Many people notice that connecting with nature and these amazing animals helps restore perspective, gratitude, and joy.

Even in challenging times, moments like this remind us to breathe, float, and feel alive 💛

Mondays are a gentle opportunity to reconnect with yourself and set the tone for the week 🌿

Take a moment today to nurture yourself — every small step matters 💛

Curious about ways to weave gentle movement and mindful recovery into your week? I’d be happy to share some ideas.

Over the past four days, I’ve been fully immersed with my heart-centred ASEA family 💙

People travelled from all over Australia and New Zealand, and some I hadn’t seen in person for two years. Yet the moment we met, shared smiles, and exchanged those big, heart-to-heart ASEA hugs, it felt like no time had passed at all — instantly reconnecting.

The conference was filled with powerful stories, heartfelt insights, and personal testimonials that truly moved me — some even brought tears to my eyes.

One thing is clear to me… ASEA isn’t hype. ASEA is heart.

The science behind Redox Signalling Molecules is unique, protected, and genuinely making a difference in people’s lives.

People often ask why I share ASEA with so much passion. My answer is simple: it changes lives for the better and allows us to contribute positively to the world.

If a special friend hadn’t introduced ASEA to me, I wouldn’t be here today — not as an aqua instructor, likely not as a remedial massage therapist, and certainly not giving my time to meaningful charities. I’m deeply grateful every day for that connection 🙏💙

This photo was taken at a snake farm in Sri Lanka, and it reminded me of everything we once feared 🐍

Five years ago, fear would often feel bigger than it needed to be. Looking back now, many people notice that gently facing our fears — with awareness, patience, and support — allows growth, clarity, and confidence to emerge.

Sometimes the things that once intimidated us can become lessons in resilience and self-trust. 🌿

How do you gently face fear in your own life? I’d love to hear your thoughts 👇

Mondays are a gentle reminder that each new week brings an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves 🌿

Even small, consistent actions — a mindful stretch, some quiet reflection, or simply checking in with your body — can help you feel grounded and supported. Many people notice that approaching the week with calm intention and awareness allows both body and mind to feel lighter and more resilient.

Take a moment today to nurture yourself. Every bit of care matters, and small steps create lasting change 💛

Curious about gentle ways to move with ease and support your wellbeing this week? I’d be happy to share some tips.

🌿 Mindful Friday 🌿

This week has been all about reflection and growth. While resting and recovering, I’ve been thinking about the skills I’ve gained from my Pre & Post Operative Integrative Lymphatic Drainage course.

Even from home, I’m adding new tools to my practice — ways to gently support the body, promote awareness, and guide recovery. Many people notice that learning and integrating new knowledge, even quietly, can make a big difference for themselves and others.

These insights are now part of my toolkit — happy to share gentle strategies to support recovery if you’d like to learn more. 💛

Hey friends! A little thought experiment for you 🌼

After last week’s accident, I’ve been reflecting on how our bodies are like gardens. When we’re young, everything thrives in harmony. Over time, little “weeds” — stress, tension, and life’s challenges — can creep in, nudging things out of balance.

Nurturing your body with gentle care, mindful movement, and consistent recovery is like tending your inner garden. Many people notice that small, steady steps help the garden feel nourished, vibrant, and full of life again.

This week, I’m focusing on my prime reboot — reconnecting with gentle movement, supporting my body, and allowing recovery to guide my days.

How do you care for your own “garden”? I’d love to hear your thoughts 👇

Mondays are a chance to reconnect with yourself and set a gentle pace for the week ahead 🌿

Even small moments of awareness — a stretch, a breath, or mindful movement — can help your body feel supported and calmer. Many people notice that starting the week with ease and care creates a ripple effect for both body and mind.

Give yourself the space to move gently and check in with how you feel today. Every bit of care matters. 💛

If this resonates, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to share ways to move with ease and support your body throughout the week.
