Pallets of the finest organic flour and a brand new oven to unbox! Thanks to a generous grant from a philanthropic organisation, our bakery team has just upgraded to a brand new oven, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. 🍞

We bake fresh sourdough every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, so make sure to stop by and taste the difference!

Our stallholders are bringing so much colour, creativity, and heart to this year’s picnic, here’s a little taste of what you’ll discover:

💎 Rainbow of Dreams – Beautiful gemstone bracelets and keyrings, each piece made with intention and sparkle.

😂 Cheeky Charlie – Wooden greeting cards with a cheeky twist – the perfect way to make someone smile.

✨ Be Nurtured Tallow – Organic tallow-based skincare that’s completely natural, toxin-free, and gentle on the skin.

🌟 Thank You to Our Incredible Volunteers! 🌟

A huge thank you to the amazing Warrah volunteers who joined us at the Dragons game at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium on Saturday. 💛🐉 Our small but mighty team sold 50-50 Raffle tickets and raised over $4,000.

Not only that, but our team also had the privilege of stepping onto the field to watch the warm-up and join the kick-off Guard of Honour. 🙌

One of the highlights of the day was watching our school student Taaha shine as he met the two captains, shook their hands, and tossed the coin to kick things off. He did an incredible job, well done Taaha! 🎉

“Taaha said it was one of the best days of his life!” 💬His mum, Farhana, shared that the experience has even inspired him to join a local touch football team. 🏉

To top it all off, our CEO, Delia Gray, addressed the guests in the Chairman’s Club and shared the important work Warrah does to support people with intellectual disabilities to live their best lives. 💜

✨ A very special thank you to Deicorp Properties and the St George Illawarra Dragons for making these opportunities possible, your support means the world to our community. ✨

Our micro-enterprises participants have been busily preparing for the Spring Picnic, making the most amazing items to sell. Beautiful beeswax candles, knitted headbands, scrunchies, scarves, dish scrubbies, and even organic dog treats!! ✨ This week Warrah was buzzing with excitement as we welcomed representatives from the St George Illawarra Dragons team and management to our campus! ✨

It was such an honour to have Valentine Holmes and join us. While both are sidelined with injuries, they are true stars in our eyes ⭐ Their warmth and generosity shone through as they spent time engaging in activities with our students, participants, and staff.

🎥 Even more exciting, as the day was filmed and will be shared on the Dragons’ digital channels and at the stadium to promote Warrah’s fundraising efforts!
