Last year was a really tricky year in our relationship.
It wasnt the kids
It wasnt a lack of love or intimacy
It was our business, our career and our individual expression of where our practice was pulling us.
Heidi broke out and decided to launch her own program completely seperate to me. Afters years of creating everything in our business to be 'for us' it felt like a seperation of sorts.
I was unconsciously angry and triggered, i felt abandoned and betrayed... im gratefull for the shadow work we do because this allowed me to get to the honestly within myself about how i was really feeling and the beliefs i was holding. I met a whole new level of vulnerability within myself to acknowledge how i felt and more importantly how to communicate this with heidi.
We talk, we got triggered, there were lots of tears.
But with an open heart...we embraced each other in compassionate communication..
And we grew... we will continue to grow..
The key here was ...... HONESTY and VULNERABILITY with ourself first.... then COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION.
Through releasing a layer of the unconscious co- dependance is held on our relationship it gave me the courage to birth my new project...
90 days initiation - A 90 day program supporting men to be initiated into their higher potential through creating routine and rituals on 7 key lifestyle practices
1. CFA (Clarity,focus,action) on goals
2. Movement

This year i will be officially launching this program with retreats designed to create a space especially for men...the men that need it... the men that deep down want support but dont know where to look.
This has to be bigger then me and my business... this is a movement.. a movement for men...and i cant do this by myself...reach out to me and let me know you acknowledge this movement and its potential to support men of our community
