I created the Embodied Soul Connection Community on Circle as a sacred and supportive space for those who are ready to awaken to their truest essence. Whether you are just beginning your journey or are more advanced in your spiritual development, this is a space where you are seen, heard, and held with compassion and authenticity.
This community was born from over 28 years of my lived experience, practice, and dedicated study in energy healing, manifestation, and spiritual growth. Inspired deeply by the timeless teachings of Dr Wayne Dyer, Dr Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay, and other spiritual masters, I have drawn from both ancient wisdom and modern science to guide my life and practice. But it wasn’t until I discovered and became a practitioner of the Embodied IChing that everything truly came together. It felt like finding the missing piece of the puzzle—finally, everything made sense, and I knew it was time to bring others into this profound space of insight and transformation.
This journey has not been easy. I’ve lived through unimaginable personal trauma, including the tragic murders of my two eldest sons and the recent su***de of their father earlier this year. I’ve had to uproot my life, leave behind my home country, and build a new life in Australia. I’ve faced ongoing health challenges. But through it all, I never stopped searching, healing, and rising. I committed myself to understanding the patterns of pain, the purpose in suffering, and the incredible power of aligning with universal energy.
Through my work with quantum healing, spiritual alignment, and the Embodied IChing, I have not only healed but transformed. The upcoming 777 portal in May 2025 has become a symbol of this soul-level awakening, a cosmic confirmation that now is the time to rise into the fullness of who we are meant to be.

While all the teachings, guidance, and support I share within are provided freely to members, this small contribution simply honours my time and the energy I devote to holding space for this community.

Hi everyone. This morning I give immense gratitude to each and every person who took the time to wish me a happy birthday yesterday. Time is so precious and the fact that you took a moment of your time to acknowledge me means the world, thank you. Today is a nostalgic day as it is the remembrance day of Brendon De Jager-Loving Memory's death. I have engaged in a spiritual journey to obtain my certification as a Health & Energy Practitioner. This entails first working on healing myself and working my way through all eight elements within and without (the I Ching), connecting with the chakras and finding my own balance before I can present this to my clients. It is an incredible and transformative journey as I learn about Neigong, Qi-gong and Shen. I celebrate today as I can feel the presence of both Brendon and Zandré with me when I work on the movements, meditation and healing. But the biggest celebration is that Kèan is most interested in learning more, and I know his brothers would be so proud of him today. Brendon, I miss you always and my love for you can and will never stop. I have discovered, working through the Lake element though, that I definitely held onto the pain of losing you in my sacral chakra. Even though that was uncomfortable, it was necessary and enlightening. So, my beautiful boy - please be with Kèan today as he started his journey this morning as a farrier's apprentice. Keep him safe (hopefully not kicked by a horse) and shine your light on him. I love you very, very much with all my heart and soul.

9:00 AM - Arrival and Welcome

• Group gathers in a circle outdoors.
• Guided meditation session focusing on nature sounds and awareness of surroundings.
• Breathing exercises led by Melanie to prepare for the day’s activities.

10:00 AM - Introduction to Horses
• Brief educational session about horses: their behaviour, communication, and care.
• Discuss the importance of mindfulness when interacting with animals.

10:30 AM - Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Session
• Participants pair up and spend time with a horse under Melanie’s guidance.
• Focus on building trust and connection with the horses.
• Activities include walking with horses, grooming, and non-verbal communication exercises.

11:30 AM - Morning Break
• Refreshments: fresh fruit, juices, and water.
• Opportunity for children to share their experiences with the horses so far.

11:45 AM - Mindful Movement
• Group engages in gentle stretching and movement exercises inspired by equine movement.
• Focus on grounding techniques to connect with bodies and the space around them.

12:15 PM - Horse Riding Session
• Participants take turns riding horses in a safe, structured environment.
• Emphasis on mindful riding: awareness of breath, movement, and connection to the horse.

1:00 PM - Lunch - Barbeque by Wood Fire
• A hands-on, interactive barbeque experience where children help prepare simple meals.
• Menu includes grilled veggies, sausages, bread rolls, and skewered marshmallows for dessert.
• Time for socializing and sharing experiences from the morning.

2:00 PM - Afternoon Mindfulness and Reflection
• Relaxation session incorporating guided imagery and storytelling related to nature and horses.
• Participants use journals or art supplies to express their feelings and experiences from the morning.

2:30 PM - Equine Games
• Fun, interactive group activities focusing on teamwork and communication, mimicking herd behaviour in horses.
• Children will learn about leadership and relationship building through game-like activities with horses.

3:00 PM - Second Horse Riding Session
• More riding time, giving participants a chance to apply what they learned earlier.
• Focus on practicing skills learned in the morning and deepening the connection with the horses.

3:30 PM - Closing Circle
• Participants gather to share their favourite moments from the day.
• Group reflection on what they learned about horses, mindfulness, and themselves.
• Melanie discusses the importance of mindfulness in daily life and how to practice it with animals.

4:00 PM - Departure
• Final goodbyes and a small thank you gift for each participant.
• Parents arrive for pick-up as children share their experiences.

What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities.
• Closed-toed shoes (preferably boots).
• A water bottle.
• A sun hat and sunscreen, if necessary.
