This is my gorjiss long term client and friend Mandy.

Now dont be like Mandy!! You may just get a little slap! 🫣🤣

Whilst Mandys recent visit to Bali she thought it may be a good idea to get some maintenance. As they just love dreads especially stunning blonde ones like hers!
Always suggesting they the can 'fix' your dreads.

Anywho, Mandy was sucked in! 😳🤦‍♀️
They proceeded with using and adding synthetic fibre tight against her scalp, they got 2 in and she quickly stopped them and said. Please no more 🙏

Please be careful when looking at getting your dreads maintained. Ask questions on how they tighten and whether they use products or fibres. This can be quite detrimental to the integrity of your dreads.

With this dreadlock in the pic, we have to wait for it to grow out and hopefully be able to pick some of it out, so she doesnt have a lump as a reminder 😉

Arent her dreads just beautiful 😍✨️ all fresh again.

Having a little lay in and this post popped up in my feed.

I have always had intension for my clients to feel 'home' when they step into my space. Its not just offering quality work, its creating a space where you can take a deep breath and your heart drops in.

Whether we keep it light and giggle about what life throws at us, or go deep and I hold space for release and brainstorming conversations. However your appointment goes, I hope you feel at home 🌿

I had a wonderful day nourishing Amanda's dreads ✨️ We did a deep clean and wash and a herbal rinse from herbs that benefit the scalp, follicles and hair structure fresh from my garden.

Followed by some much needed maintenance. ✨️ I love days like these, holding space, sharing stories and bringing love back into you dreads.

Slow down, find your joy and choose a path that works for you. Life is magical we dont need to rush it, stay open to creativity keep it light and the answers will follow 💕
