RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATION JOB OPPORTUNITY! - Applications closed!

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic & motivated to join our team of Allied Health professionals - 2 Osteopaths, a Remedial Massage therapist, and an Orthotist.

The role will involve standard reception duties and assisting the principal osteopath (Mick) in managing the clinic, as well as some cleaning duties to comply with COVID-safe hygiene practices and keep the clinic tidy. Currently there is 2 days per week available.

Duties performed include (but not limited to):
- Answering phones & making phone calls.
- Managing emails using Gmail.
- Managing patient bookings/appointments using Cliniko.
- Taking payments using Square and Medipass.
- Obtaining patient’s imaging reports from imaging clinics and hospitals.
- Managing clinic & patient data via Google Drive.
- Re-stocking clinic supplies & product.
- Cleaning – COVID-safe cleaning, washing & folding linen, vacuuming, wiping benches, etc.

You will also receive discounted consults with our Osteopaths & Massage therapist.
