Bendigo RSL Veteran Support is happy to provide another option for yoga every second Thursday for our veterans and dependants. Vin Yasa or flow yoga is commencing at the Eaglehawk Band Hall. This style of yoga is based on stretching and slow gentle movements, it is good for core strength, balance and flexibility. All levels of ability are catered for, our skilled instructor can guide you through a series of movements based on your current level of fitness.
